Love this hotel and staff, will definitely return!

Bathrooms are a touch small, while I understand some European countries and their bidet, I think forfeitting the bidet, replacing that space with a larger shower would have been better use of space. No towel hooks, yes the heated elements but for a quick hang your robe, towel or handtowel... a bit more shelving space for toiletries other than the small glass shelf under the mirror and for some reason our bathroom did not have a toilet paper roll holder. Beware of your first "session" as the TP is stuck at the top of the heating element across from you when you first come in 😉, plan ahead.

The best hotel of cinque terre! The hosts were soo kind and helpful. The location is perfect outside of the center of monterosso and the garden is so calm and fresh. The breakfast was good too

The location was easy, sitting outside under the palm trees was relaxing. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They were awesome. Could not fault Hotel Palme. We love Montorossa.

Perfect beach getaway.

Very short walk to the beach. Beach towels provided by staff. Very friendly staff. Good sized rooms and good shower. Great courtyard area which was in the shade and perfect for relaxing between activities and exploring cinque terre.

Bedding wasn't fantastic - but clean and staff provided extra pillows upon request which definitely made it feel more comfortable.

Great location and easily accessed from the train station. Close to the beach restaurants and shops. Comfortable rooms with lovely lounge, bar and breakfast area. Spacious outdoor courtyard with great facilities to relax. Great breakfast included with your booking

Hidden gem in Monterossa. Very friendly and accomodating staff. If in the area, book this hotel.

Staff was wonderful, attentive and friendly. Hotel Palme is conveniently located. Clean and well-priced. The breakfast was very good, with healthy options and delicious. Will book here again. Even supplied us with beach towels and we used the laundry service which was a huge help.

It is very close to public beach, has a nice small garden, it is very clean, all staff are very nice, polite and helpful (Elisa in particular). Buffet breakfast is great.

Our shower was a bit too small and the shower head couldn’t be adjusted properly . Room decor and choice of colors need some upgrade.

Phenomenal location and service, incredible value

The hotel and the staff were amazing. Amazing service. Incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Amazing location. Great (and easy) parking that we booked on site with them. When we come back we will only stay here!!!!!!

The most minor detail and the ONLY negative was the pillows. The pillows were not super comfortable, but if that’s the only negative thing I can say, that says it all. The place is amazing!

I enjoyed everything about this hotel. It’s location at the edge of new town was away from the noisy section but close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The courtyard is quiet and peaceful. The breakfast is included and very good. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Owner and staff are helpful and friendly.

The staff was very nice, helpful and smiling during our stay, making it peaceful and enjoyable. The hotel is in a good location: it is close to the beaches and in a "quiet" area (there is no noise and chaos of cars and / or people). Finally, the cleanliness of the room was excellent (white sheets and very clean bathroom) and the breakfast buffet in the morning.

we like the location, the staff was very nice and friendly, rooms were clean.

we loved the breakfast only it seemed that they only made one big portion of eggs and didn't refill so if you didn't get any scrambled eggs you were out of luck. But they were other things to eat.

It’s a hostel not a hotel

Perfect location and nice garden.

Booked a 3 person room as we traveled with our child. One dobbble bed and sleeping couch. The room was not like the pictures, there was no sleeping couch but a hard fold out madres. We asked the receptionist why the room wasn’t like the one we ordered, she said that we can’t count on the pictures of the room when we booked it, and she was rude and told us that we could leave if we wanted. The room looked like a prison cell. No QUILTS, only a pillow. Everything in the room was so old, even the chair in the room was broken, the seat fell off. The air conditioning is so cold and so it was freezing in the night without Quilts. There was one old blanket in the closet. It’s not a 4 star hotel, it’s like a hostel. Not worth the money! Be quick at the breakfast because they don’t fill up, one of the days there wasn’t more breakfast and only a little bred left. There was not clean plates at the breakfast and we needed to ask for plates, but they needed to wash them first.

Good

The location was fantastic. A short walking distance to both the train station and the beach. There were several restaurants nearby along the beach. The breakfast was also very good and had lots of variety. The staff were very friendly and kind. The air conditioning worked great and was a much needed relief from the heat of late July.

The walls were very thin and the room was noisy. The hotel was definitely older and could be updated.
