Excellent helpful staff and location was great.

The staff were excellent (in particular Giovanni). They were really helpful. The hotel is in a great location for the shops and restaurants but is still not noisy. The breakfast was good with lots of choice.

Emplacement idéal en centre ville, petit déjeuner copieux. Chambre petite mais literie confortable. Personnel plutôt accueillant. Propreté irréprochable. Un bon emplacement pour visiter les cinq terres dans leur intégralité.

Aucune connaissance du français, à nous de nous adapter. Salle de bain petite, rien de prévu pour la trousse de toilette. Une bouilloire serait appréciée, mais le petit réfrigérateur a été apprécié.

Amazing accommodations in a wonderful town

The location was amazing and Monterossa should not be missed in a trip to Cinqueterra. The hotel is towards the end of the shopping district which was nice. It had easy access to restaurants, beaches and shops. The staff were incredibly helpful, even offering to help us to our room with our bags.

It is an Italy problem more than this specific hotel but the beds were hard compared to what I am used to. The WiFi was free but varied in strength.

Excellent location and very comfortable.

Excellent location to do everything. Go in hike, trains, swimming! Clean and very comfortable. Great breakfast. Giulio(?) at the reception was outstanding-wonderful, friendly, patient and very helpful. Thank you Giulio. Also the older gentleman serving at breakfast was lovely and friendly.

Most of staff are a bit unfriendly and unwelcoming but that might be an Italian thing or because of dealing with too many tourists. We did find 2 staff members to be lovely and friendly.

Too short...

Hotel Marguerita is set back from the waterfront- still in the heart or shops and restaurants and the activity- but it feels like an oasis sitting on the patio amongst the flowers. The staff couldn't have been nicer, and the breakfast was wonderful. I would absolutely return to Hetel Margeurita and recommend it wholeheardly!

It was in a perfect location. Right in the middle of the lemon festival. We had our 4 month old baby and the hostesses were extremely kind and accommodating.

Goede locatie direct in oude centrum. Fijne kamer, vriendelijk personeel. Elke dag schoonmaak en schone handdoeken... indien gewenst.

Douche was met "klapdeuren" waardoor veel water op vloer met douchen.

Location was PERFECT. Right in the center of the town. The staff were great. We checked out early in the morning to catch a train & the staff prepared us breakfast to go bags which were filled with all the goods!

We had a great room; clean, comfortable with a huge balcony in the best location

The location was perfect - we parked in the garage a few blocks away, then our hotel was right in the heart of town. I was happy not to lug our bags too far to the hotel, which also had a good elevator. The views from our big balcony were gorgeous. The room was comfortable, breakfast was very good and staff were very helpful at the desk.

The shower was a little tight, but it worked ok.
