Es war sauber und die Lage ist gut.

Der Parkplatz kostet 10 Euro am Tag und es ist ein weiter Fußmarsch mit Treppen. Unser Zimmer (Kammer) war unten. Die Fenster mit Blick auf eine Hauswand in Fußhöhe. Es war sehr beengt als Familie. Die Klimaanlage total verdreckt und der Abfluss hat schreckliche Geräusche gemacht. Viel zu überteuert für ein umgebauten Kellerraum.

Gorgeous stay, highly recommend!

Davide and Fabiana were the most incredible hosts. They met us at the car and helped take our luggage to the room. Nothing was too much trouble. They were so kind, warm and helpful. Aside from this the room was so cute and comfortable, and just a stones throw from the beach. It felt very quiet despite it's proximity to the main street and beach area. Aircon was a welcome bonus too! Thank you for having us, we'll be back again!

La atención de Davide y Fabiana fue maravillosa, son los mejores anfitriones que puedes tener. La habitación Deluxe es muy cómoda, con una cama doble grande, televisor, nevera, cafetera y con aire acondicionado que funciona superbién. El wifi funciona estupendo. El baño es de buen tamaño y está renovado. El hotel está muy cerca de la estación de tren, por lo que no necesitas taxi ni transporte alguno para llegar a él, al arribar a Monterosso; además, puedes ir en tren de Monterosso a todas las estaciones de Cinque Terre, las cuales están a 3 o 5 minutos una de otra. La playa está a menos de 2 calles del hotel, por lo que es un sitio privilegiado si buscas días de descanso (para mí, la mejor playa de Cinque Terre); en el hotel te prestan toallas para la playa. Está muy cerca a restaurantes, bares y un supermercado en donde te podrás deleitar con la maravillosa gastronomía italiana. ¡Es el lugar perfecto para hospedarte y hacer el recorrido para conocer Cinque Terre! Sin duda, Monterosso y Pink House Garden son tu mejor opción para conocer Cinque Terre.

Perfect stay with amazing hosts, steps from the sea.

An absolutely wonderful place to stay! Perfectly quiet location with a private courtyard to enjoy some peace and relaxation. The apartment is well-equipped, spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and an excellent shower. Shops, restaurants, and the sea are just a 3-minute walk away. A special thanks to the hosts — incredibly friendly and caring, they helped with our luggage and a parking spot, which is almost impossible in Monterosso. Truly felt like home here!

Come sentirsi a casa, ma meglio!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo alloggio per tre notti e non possiamo che parlarne con entusiasmo. Davide e Fabiana sono persone splendide: sempre disponibili, cordiali e incredibilmente gentili. È stato un vero piacere scambiare due chiacchiere con loro durante il soggiorno. La posizione è perfetta: situata in una zona tranquilla, senza rumori notturni, e a soli due minuti a piedi dal mare e dal centro. Abbiamo viaggiato con due cani che sono stati accolti con grande piacere, cosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Comodissimo anche il parcheggio: con soli 10 euro al giorno abbiamo potuto lasciare l’auto in tutta tranquillità. Le stanze sono accoglienti e ben curate, ma ciò che ci ha colpito di più è stata la qualità del letto e dei cuscini — tra i migliori che abbia mai trovato nei miei viaggi! Ho dormito davvero benissimo. Il bagno è spazioso e ben organizzato, e c’è anche un piccolo corridoio attrezzato con un mini tavolo per la colazione, un frigorifero e un armadio: davvero comodo. In sintesi, un soggiorno perfetto, reso speciale soprattutto dalla gentilezza e disponibilità di Davide e Fabiana. Consigliatissimo!

Perfect location, cute, and cozy!

I loved the location of our bnb! It was perfect for walking around Monterosso! A very short 5 min walk to the train station and a 3 min walk to the beach. Our host gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and provided us with the ferry and train schedule. He was also super kind and let us store our bags on our last day before we traveled north to Portofino. Also loved the patio!!

Posizione top e gentilezza dei gestori

Troppo spartano; il non avere uno spazio aperto adiacente alla stanza; avere una cassaforte che era solo un contenitore trasportabile ovunwue da chiunque, non essendo fissata; la vista sulle finestre dei vicini. Tutto cio non sarebbe stato orse nemmeno così importante che son fosse stato segnalato tra i servizi offertu. Ma soprattutto il parcheggio è stato terribile: dopo un percorso x un bel tratto a una sola corsia a doppio senso (NB non illuminato di sera a dir degli stessi gestori, che dunque Ce ne hanno sconsigliato loro stessi lo spostamento nelle ore serali) l'auto è si stata messa da "qualche parte", peccato il raggiungimento da lì al b&b altrettanto scomodo. Praticamente abbiamo parcheggiato x poi non utilizzare più l'auto. Che non avevamo deciso di portare a caso. Fino al punto da farci decidere l'ultima giorno di spostarla nel parcheggio pubblico a pagamento, con ulteriore spesa ovviamente!!!

Dommage, le confort du lit est moyen et il est bruyant. Je fais 100kg et je bouge beaucoup en dormant, donc ça n'aide pas. Un peu cher pour le niveau de confort, mais choix limité donc j'imagine que c'est en rapport.

Perfect location, thoughtful host, and ideal home base for exploring Monterosso and Cinque Terre!

The home was updated and featured everything we needed for our stay! You are literally a 1-minute walk from the beach and the main “boardwalk” area lined with restaurants and shops. Train to visit the nearby towns of Cinque Terre is ~5 minute walk. It is a short ~10 minute walk to the “old town” section of Monterosso with restaurants for everyone (highly recommend Da Eraldo if you love seafood). David was very hospitable and helped us park our car in a convenient and gated location - cheapest and safest parking you’ll find in Monterosso!

You will love staying here. Prompt attention by owner really makes a difference to travellers.

The location was excellent. An easy and short walk to the main strip of the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants. Loved that the accommodation had an apartment with 1 step for elderly mother. Only a few steps outside for her to negotiate. The sea is at the end of the street. The owners were attentive and responsive to any question. We appreciated the pillow options. The complimentary tea & coffee and even a gift lemons. The apartment is tastefully decorated with beautiful touches . Thank you Davide & Fabiana for such an enjoyable stay.

It was clean and the host was very friendly.

Upon arrival, the host told us about a 3€ per day per person city tax that was to be paid in cash upon check out. Not the end of the world as that is cheap, however, this was not on the listing that it was cash only after all of the fees we had already paid through booking.com. It was just an inconvenience as I had to scavenge to have the correct amount of cash to leave.

La camera è situata in pieno centro .a due passi dalla stazione ,dal mare , dai vari sentieri e un infinità di ristoranti .tutta ristrutturata e con ogni comfort. Acqua della doccia viene caldissima , frigo utile per riporre bevande e cibo, macchina del caffè, bollitore ,tv condizionatore e termosifone elettrico in bagno.è anche convenzionata con un parcheggio vicino quindi si può raggiungere in macchina e questo devo dire che è una rarità x le 5 terre… delle altre strutture contattate nessuna disponeva di un parcheggio.

È un po’ piccola è non c’è un armadio ma solo una nicchia nel muro con delle grucce. Ma credo che alle cinque terre la pezzatura delle stanze sia quella visto che è tutto arroccato. Quindi non è un difetto ma una particolarità , per pochi giorni è perfetta certo che per soggiorni lunghi forse la mancanza di un armadio può essere un problemino .
