Amazing place and location

Our stay here was the highlight of our trip. Directly on the beach with gorgeous views and close to everything. Beautiful inside and out and well appointed. Really one of a kind place. The owner was so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!!

Lovely host and property!

The location was amazing, Karolina was a great host.

Would have preferred the king room if were available particulalry due to size as well as there is no shower for the room with a queen and it was not an ensuite. Less private than expected but wasn't bothered by anyone so it was okay. No breakfast which was okay with us. These thing weren't clear from the posting but would still stay again as it was a great location, property and host.

We enjoyed it thoroughly.

The location was amazing and very unique. The balcony overlooks the water with beautiful views of Monterosso. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The host Karolina was wonderful- she accommodated our travel times and made great recommendations on things to do and places to eat. The property is a great starting point for hiking the blue trail heading south.

The only major inconvenience was that the bathroom only had a tub and no shower.

Inscribe views and the prefect location

We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The location was absolutely breathtaking, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. We came here for our honeymoon and were completely blown away by the stunning views and unforgettable setting. We’ll definitely be back! Huge thanks to Karolina and the family.

It was on the beach and a perfect location!

It was right on the beach and absolutely perfect! The location could not have been better! There was not a kitchen or den just bedrooms and a bathroom to share but those were not neccessary. No air conitioning but very breezy. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay there again!

Truly unique and comfortable room in the perfect location!

This wonderful and unique property is located at the end of the beach very close to the Il Gigante rock sculpture...just steps to the beach or the main street with access to restaurants, coffee shops and more. It is a room and large bath upstairs from the owner who lives on premises. It was gloriously cool with it's own AC unit! It was quiet for sleeping, and had nice room-darkining shades, and when we were ready to wake there were fabulous views of the Sea and the beach! It was very quiet yet easy walk to everything, including the train station (10. minutes walk)

The shower drain needs to be cleaned as it runs slowly.

A highlight of our trip - the only place to stay in Monterosso al Mare

The location is excellent, with an amazing view looking over Monterosso. We were literally upstairs from a small beach and swimming spot. The room and bathroom were spacious, and everything was very clean.

Villa a Rocchetta Luxury Guesthouse offers a beautifully serene setting with truly exceptional ocean views — the location is easily its standout feature.

While the experience is quite simple and minimal — more of a well-kept room than a full-service guesthouse — it delivers on the basics. Just a note for future guests: some rooms come with private but not en-suite bathrooms, and there aren’t any additional amenities on-site.

Best location in Monterosso al Mare!

Unique place with a great view, Il Gigante is literally right outside your window. Very warm hostess who made everything great. Her father even gave us a little tour and some history about the place. This is a really special place to stay, highly recommended!

The property is very unique and is located in a building that looks like a castle. The views and location were wonderful with a view of the entire town and the sea. The best beach in town is located right below the location. The are multiple patios which also have beautiful views. Our host, Karolina was great and met us upon our arrival. We will definitely be staying again when we make it back to this area. The room we stayed in was large with a king bed. The bathroom was vert spacious. This is a definite 10 out of 10. We are so happy we fount this place.
