Great location. Perfect price. Room cozy but perfect for solo treveler. Ideal for couple nights stay in the heart of Vancouver. Parking garage is very close and for reasonable price
Paid for breakfast but was told that it is closed for maintenence. Heard they told the same to other guests so I believe it is longterm thing. They gave me 10 CAD off.

The location was optimal for my business trip, and I will recommend this hotel to my colleagues for future trips. It is central for conventions and our licensing needs.
The TV selection was limited but sufficed.

Front desk staff were unpleasant and pretentious. The room I booked was not the room I received. The room was very small, cold, dark and musty smelling. Paint peeling off walls and floor soft/sinking in. Shower was extremely small. Bed was firm and lumpy. Very noisy area.

Great to get breakfast onsite however if you have a late breakfast the stocks were not always replenished. Great location for us to access what we needed.
Just a little old and tired.

Good value for money and an awesome location. Staff were fantastic as well.
The building is old. They don’t have dedicated parking so had to walk a block with my bags.

Location was nice near downtown
No parking at all, not even street parking. Plus you have to park then bring your bags, then they give you instructions to where to park and to bring them back your ticket. The parking garage used is full of broken into reviews and they have 0 coverage for anything.
The hotel also refused to let me into my pre-paid reservation until I changed all of my guest information to match the credit card I was using only for the damage deposit.
Also I did ask to be put on the highest floor available which the hotel did do! HOWEVER the window was legitimately a brick wall..room 715 has no windows view at all. Not lights not even an alley way. Just 2 ft away from brick wall.

Location - proximity to Vancouver cruise port and to excellent dining options and the most wonderfully well stocked London Drugstore where we picked up cruising supplies of all natural toothpaste, convenient snack sized packages of mixed nuts, Spanish sardines in olive oil, and excellent Athletic non-alcohol IPA.
It is a historic older hotel. Our 2nd floor room dark and has zero view but great for good sleep. Staff very busy but still very friendly. Hardly any lobby. Hotel always fully booked night before any cruise. Vancouver a fabulous city. Lots to explore on foot around the hotel even with just an afternoon. We thoroughly enjoyed the lovely French cafe full of locals and the wonderful flavorful Thai eatery called Mao Noodles just up the road with lovely shops and huge malls nearby. Complimentary breakfast very much appreciated. Will definitely stay here again for night before cruise rather than at the Pan Pacific Hotel as we had originally tried to but it was full.

Room window faced a building so room was very dark at night (perk for me!)
Great location, easy to walk around
Washroom layout (sink and tub were VERY close together)

I think the pictures displayed on booking.com were nothing like the actual property and the property wasn’t very clean more so the bath room and the room was tiny and wasn’t worth it completely.

The location is close to everything. Subway and bus stops are close by. The gym is offsite which is at the YWCA and the facility is great.
Maybe hot breakfast where there is sausage, or bacon or scrambled eggs with be great.

Excellent location. Very close to the convention centre and well connected with public transit. Room was clean and bed was comfy.
The breakfast was pretty bare bones. They only put out like 5 apples and oranges a day and once they're gonna they don't replenish. That's the only fresh fruit available. Boiled eggs and croissants. Decent coffee. Food never changed though, which can get tiring after a few days.

Nothing.

The location was central which was helpful, the room was clean and the staff pleasant. There was a complimentary breakfast.
Very dated decor and poor value for money considering my stay was off season and midweek.

the breakfast as not good. no meat items, no fruit or the fruit you had displayed was old.

location
room 705 clean and comfortable although needs work doing to walls either side of window as the plaster is coming away from the walls in large areas,
bathroom needs a bit of refurb as shower head was loose and didn’t work in some of the spray pattern positions, siliconing was pretty amateurish around the bath & shower also,
breakfast room is to small on several occasions during our stay we had to wait for a table to become vacant and the choices were limited as it didn’t seem to get restocked quick enough.

Room too small, bathroom old

Easy check in, super friendly staff, very clean everywhere, it smelled so nice as soon as you walk in! The front desk even stored our bags after checking out until we departed the city.

Location was perfect for us before going on a cruise.
Our room was spacious for three people. The bathroom could use a face-lift but it was adequate.
Breakfast had variety and the breakfast room was pleasant.
The hotel looked a little worn. It needs a do-over in my opinion. Redecorate and replace carpeting.
8.0 / 10.0
It was very close to the waterfront and really central location
The air conditioning was extremely noisy. Had to turn it off and open the window which also made it noisy from the street but was a little better. Room was tiny

Breakfast was poor .
Orange juice machine didn’t work .
Only one lift .

Location was awesome! Breakfast was great! It was a very clean facility.
When we were leaving, we had to carry all suitcases down 3 flights of steps...only one elevator for all folks traveling to cruise terminal. We waited for elevator for approximately 30 minutes, then we decided we couldn't wait any longer, and we were also traveling with my son who had an infant with many additional things carry down the steps. Another elevator is needed or a bigger elevator.

The location was excellent that is why i booked the basement where you have breakfast was dark and gloomy and having to use disposable everything was a turn off some days you couldn’t even get a seat. The a/c was very loud in the first room on the 8 th floor but the room was massive. On our return we were on 5 th floor and the room was 1/3 of the size but at least the a/c was not so loud. Staff let us store a suitcase while we did a short trip to the rockies. Really for me the only downside was breakfast
Breakfast with all the disposable stuff a real knife and fork would have been nice and the stink of the waffle maker was overwhelming. If you are gluten or dairy free you are out of luck

Locality
Breakfast, nearly always was not enough, or had run of some of the stuff nearly every day
Lift broke done and we were offered no help by staff. Older people needed help and my husband had to offer to help. Getting from 6th floor down to lower ground for breakfast and back up was an effort for some, again no help from staff!!

Location good.
This place is a dump. Can’t believe what we paid for a places that smells bad, has huge stains on the carpet, our bathroom had hairs on the floor, everywhere had paint peeling off the wall and looks like it hasn’t had any maintenance done EVER - ironically charged a hold on credit card “in case of damage to the room” but this whole place is damaged.
Breakfast terrible, juice don’t work, everything had paper plates and cups, fruit looked like it had been there for weeks

Good location, comfortable bed, laundry facilities
Basic breakfast
