Having the washing machine & dryer was fabulous, a separate bedroom from the living area and sofa bed was wonderful, the comprehensive kitchen made everything easy, the large umbrellas available to use, the friendly staff, the comfortable bed & decent sturdy sofa bed, the solid table and chairs

Nothing but a clothes drying rack would be very helpful for outerwear when you come in from the rain. There was a bit of traffic noise but it stopped overnight & didn’t bother us, that’s the trade off with a central location

Excellent accommodation!

This hotel is great and has everything you need for a great stay. The staff here were very friendly and helpful. The location was good, and there were a number of transport options around. The rooms were very comfortable, with excellent facilities. We were a family of four and we had 2 adjoining suites. Both suites had an oven, a full sized fridge, a washing machine and dryer.

We were on the street side and it was a bit noisy, but they did provide earplugs. The room was bright at night with the blinds shut, but it was Christmas/ New Years, so there were lights in the trees, it might not always be an issue.

Overall a friendly, comfortable, clean and well priced property with a nice home feel.

Location was central and close to Stanley Park. The gas fireplace was cosy and the kitchen was well appointed and clean. The standard beds were comfortable and pillows and quilts were luxe feeling. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly during our stay.

The sofa bed was not so comfortable and was one of the only configuration options to accommodate a family of four travelling at this property. The small side room with single bed was cold! But the lofty quilt/doona offset that nicely until it was time to get out of bed in the morning.

Cozy apartment style hotel with ideal location

My wife and I loved our stay at Times Square Suites in downtown Vancouver! The location is excellent just steps away from Stanley Park, Robson and Denman intersection, and a nearby bus stop. The staff were all so friendly, and the room was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely return next time we visit this wonderful city.

Great family hotel that go the extra mile

Times Square always make you feel welcome even if you haven't been back for a couple of years. Washing machine in room a huge plus, especially for families. Close to main supermarket & lovely cafes.

Perfect hotel to live comfortably like a local

Staff was available, professional and anticipated guests’ needs; suites are very clean; suites includes a kitchen, in-suite laundry, gaz fireplace, located in a great neighborhood by the Stanley Park,

If you don’t have a car or don’t use taxi/Uber, it’s a little off the mainstream transit lines, but still very accessible by bus, although the skytrain is about 25 minutes away by foot;

Very good value for money. The location was excellent for us, close to both green spaces and restaurants, shops etc. The appartement had everything you could ask for and the personell was helpful and polite.

Great location. Close to Stanley Park boat loads of great restaurants within minutes walking distance. Road noise was over the top on the weekend but better during the week days. Super layout with good kitchen. Staff was exceptional in help us with the TV casting. We didn’t use the rooftop BBQ but we will next time. Super clean & convenient.

Spent just one night at Time Square Suites Hotel in Vancouver while visiting daughter who lives in Arbutus neighborhood.

Having a kitchen is a bonus as I don’t like to eat out every meal while traveling. Location good; close to Stanley Park for a nice morning walk. Also close to lots of restaurants on Robson and in neighborhood.

Garage parking very tight! And garage not easy to locate off streets; could use improved signage on Robson and Eihu streets. Lobby off garage non-descript; served the necessary purpose of checking people in but, admittedly, I like a first-floor lobby where one enters the building through the main doors, to be greeted and feel like the staff knows who is coming and going. This is not a big deal, though, and likely saves considerable expense which contributes to lower rates than other hotels in area. Need additional comforter for the hide-a-bed; my daughter was cold all night covered with the two light, polyester blankets. One other small thing is the sloping floors in the hallway; there was no sign to indicate the floor sloped so my sister lost her footing, nearly fell. A small sign describing the flooring just off elevator would be helpful.

A home away from home :)

We came to Vancouver for a convention that was happening in a hotel nearby. The location was amazing - it was near the convention place, but it was also very near all the amazing restaurants, Stanley Park was just a few minutes away, and we had some amazing walks and views during our stay. The staff was very friendly and willing to help with any questions or issues we had. The apartment is fully equipped, the bed was very comfortable, it was really a home away from home. I have no complaints. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this place to everyone!

Location - close to everything , food, beaches, city centre.

Exceeded my expectations in every way. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equiped. Having secure car parking was a great bonus. The location was excellent, an easy walk to Stanley Park, and ferry to Granville Island. Many places to eat and drink! Staff were sooo helpful and allowed us to leave our car in the car park after we checked out until we needed to be at the airport for our flight home.

A great place to stay close to Stanley Park.

The location is close to shops and restaurants. Stanley Park is nearby and the Harbour area can be easily reached on foot. The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a washing machine and drier, dish washer and the kitchen is equipped with a wide range of utensils and crockery and cutlery for at least four people . Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

A wonderful stay in beautiful Vancouver!

We have booked a very nice apartment with a very complete kitchen with a dinner table, seating area, balcony and a seperate bedroom. Very much space! This apartment is located at a very busy intersection of downtown Vancouver. We loved it! Bikes are easy to rent and it is easy to bike everywhere in Vancouver. Stanley Park and Second Beach are on walking distance, 12 minutes, from the apartment. The apartment is above Starbucks, but there are a lot of lovely bakery's for a coffee close by. On the other side of the street is supermarket 'Safeway', handy for groceries to prepare something in your own kitchen.

Very good accomodation.

Location was easy walking to Stanley Park and Downtown Vancouver (or by bus). Good location (quieter than Downtown). We found a great coffee bar, beer bar and also a good supermarket a few minutes away. Beds and space were comfortable for the room we booked.

We couldn’t fault the property. It’s an older character property. Would go back and stay again.
