Great location. Beautiful view. Good size with separate bedroom.
Old and run down. Furniture despicable! Sheets worn and rough! Towels and face cloths with dirt spots. Peeling wallpaper. Walls damaged. Stuffy and old smelling. Carpets throughout building filthy.

The staff were excellent, especially Nimi.
Very large unit and very clean.
It’s an outdated building that definitely needs a renovation. Would be nice if they could maintain the style.

Staff was very warm and friendly. The lady at the front desk always greeted us nicely. Bonus was the location which was near all amenities.
We have no complaints. Everything was done well and justified the pricing. We will recommend this place and hopefully stay here again when we visit.

Check-in and checkout went very smoothly. Views from the room were also great
General cleanliness and decor of the room. Issue with the hot water on my first day there which was fixed fairly quickly, but really shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place.

There is no AC. and a smell in the room is terrible .
Rude staff when checking in . Not offering to change a room, replied back rudely by saying “this is Vancouver ok just canceled it if you don’t like . Room order was terrible. I had to get a spray by myself, already asked for service but they did nothing

Central Not far from restaurants and shopping. Room was clean. Bedding was clean.
I didn’t mind anything.

Right on Robson so close to shopping and food. Close to Rogers arena. Had a kitchen and a separate bedroom. Staff was great.

It had a great location and Amah (I think that was her name) was very helpful.
There weren’t convenient outlets for charging accessories in the bedroom as the plug was directly behind the bed. I ended up bringing in a chair to the bedroom so I could keep mu devices within vie while charging.

If there was breakfast I wouldn’t have ate there.
I couldn’t sit on couch as it stank bad. Full of holes. Just awful. Hated to climb in bed.

Location
It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

all the rooms could have been better, looks to old and all needs attention

Great location, excellent views, spacious suite with a full size bed and expandable sofa in the living room. Overall good place to stay a few days for a conference travel.
To be honest, the reason the price is so affordable is that the property is old, furniture and facilities (e.g. the elevator) are worn out and there is a distinct smell in the rooms from old and worn out carpets and furniture.

Location and large room
It was dated and single pain windows made it loud. I knew it was dated going in though. The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Ot was all about location for this stay.

The location was very good and it was the cheapest hotel around.
It is definitely run down. We got there at 3 to check in and were told to come back at 4:30 because they had been busy!
I explained that we’d flown 10 hours and needed to put on summer clothes for the weather. They said sorry but come back at 4:30. You could have hot or cold water for shower, but not both.

Nothing.
Everything.

This is in a great location, near by the shop, restaurants and on Robson street. I liked the kitchen, living room and a bedroom that you didn’t feel like it is a hotel.
The entire building and room are outdated, you could tell it doesn’t maintain or fix any damaged areas. Definitely need to work on this building.

Exceptional value and location. For the price of a shared bathroom room at the YWCA, we got a full 1 bedroom apartment with great view, and quiet! Lovely deep bathtub. Kitchen with stove/fridge/microwave, basic dishes, a pot and a pan. Staff was great! Awesome Korean grocery store next door, and all the restaurants of Robson St are right there.
Certainly shabby, fridge leaked a bit, some light bulbs burnt out. No AC, but Vancouver isn't too warm. A fan would be nice, though. Wish we could have had 2 keys; they could only give us one.

Great location. comfortable room.
The building was old and the room needed some refreshing. The old elevator got stuck one time but was quickly fixed.
One of the staff members named Asna, a fine lady from India, was a great professional, very polite, helpful with positive attitude helped us with vital information and directions which she printed for us without us asking and assisted us with general information. Asna is a very pleasant and efficient professional.
Please forward my praise of Asna to the management. Thank you.

Good location near the port, as we were waiting for our cruise day.
Ridiculously expensive for a 2-star hotel. Priced as a 5-star one.

Location was excellent. Within walking distance of cruise centre and tour pick-up.
My room included a kitchen, with microwave.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
There was a nearby IGA supermarket.

Great location. Relatively affordable.
Suite was very dated and worn. No A/C.

It was the cheapest option in downtown Vancouver when we booked. Plenty of space, decent location, wasn’t expecting much else. For all its age, we think the cleaner does a pretty good job.
It was drab, dated, run down to the extent that I doubt it could ever be resurrected. Maybe my fault that I didn’t notice it advertised no cooling whatsoever but you couldn’t even open the gauze-less windows without letting insects in. We’ve also been charged over $50 more than Bookings.com shows. Receptionist says its conversion rate but it works out to 8%. Perhaps best to not hand your card over and ask that it be charged through the booking process.

My friend ‘s bed was comfortable & we had a kettle, cups etc & the fridge worked. The view on one side was great. the lady who was the cleaner was old but very kind indeed & the other staff who were on reception also kind
It was really shabby especially the curtains . The Indian lady on reception, when we tried to book in half hour early took some convincing , was initially unwilling but relented when I was polite & explained my friend wasn’t well

Location was reasonable, with an excellent breakfast cafe opposite. Certainly a lot of space in the suite.
The whole facility is quite run down. Worn carpets, broken curtains, parts falling off walls, torn bedspread. Also, no air-conditioning.

price was affordable and location was good
everything else, worst accommodation experience of my life so far, everything was dirty and the sheets smelled and the walls and ceiling had water damage and the whole place was falling apart, the bedroom lamp shades light color doesn't match, one lamp is white and the other is warm, couldn't even enjoy the evening, the mattress was uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place.

Friendly staff, good shower, good location, comfy bed, late check out was 2pm - fantastic
It was quite dilapidated, but it had what I needed for one night. I didn't dare sit on the couch it must have had 20 years of grime on it.

Old, outdated needs urgent renovation. Shower didn’t work. Lift didn’t show which floor you were on. Filthy windows & were corroded. Front door hard to open. Generally very old & run down
