This hotel is consistently top notch every time we stay here. Check in is always rapid fast, staff are on point. Ended up not feeling well in the night and got up in the wee hours in search of gingerale, and the night staff offered to have security walk me up to the corner store to get it because they only had sprite. While I didn’t take the offer and drove to 711, the thoughtfulness really caught me off guard. You just don’t see this kind of service out there anymore.
The views were exceptional, extremely clean, the beds are insanely comfortable, and there’s a wide range of pillow choices to choose from. Even the pull out is very comfortable. Parking is super easy, and it’s so central.
I don’t love being so close to the beeping elevator every time, but I get that the rooms are bigger because of this lay out, but being a light sleeper I don’t love that aspect.

Good location near Stanley Park and many restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful, from check-in to relocating us to a different room. Good views of the city with big windows.
There was construction that you could hear as many as 10 floors away. Also, all rooms are clustered around a central elevator shaft, and you can hear the whirring of the elevator in the rooms. It's also a bit dated.
