Hotel was good for a 5 night stay in Vancouver. Kitchenette was great and bed really comfortable. Super clean as well.
Location was noisy due to a hospital on the same street. Hotel was dated with the spa - warm however jets were weak and general Deco needs an up grade for the price paid.

The staff were amazing, efficient check in, concierge Services excellent, front door man staff excellent, polite helpful. House keeping staff polite helpful and amazing,
All around excellent staff the week of Nov 25-28,2025 stay.
The mattresses in the room were horrible
It was like a camping mattress did not sleep well prior to or after having surgery due to poor mattresses. Very uncomfortable to sleep on.
