Great location in terms of walkable to many of the main attractions and points of interest.
Can hear everything outside. Constant police sirens throughout the night, church bells ringing. No insulation from outside noise. Compared to other major cities I’ve stayed at, noise level in Vancouver was the worst.

Location of hotel, easy walking distance to waterfron, shopping and many restaurants. Breakfast was excellent. Beds were comfortable
The bathroom floor was very dirty. Looks like it hasn't been mopped in awhile. Location was close to a hospital, constant ambulance sirens.
