We stayed when I had a congress there. So near! Just 5 minute walk to the breathtaking scenery. Hotel is old. Things that can improve- one night there was no hot water. It came back in the morning. The safe was too high up so I could not reach the items at the back. Things that were great- staff especially the welcome desk and the manager were helpful, the cleaning lady for our room on level 7 was so friendly we think she is a great asset, the bell captain who helped us with our luggage at the front also great people, the wellness centre with jacuzzi, gym and swim pool all fabulous. Good stay overall

Noroom service. Can't order food into room. Breakfast was so bad..no options for vegetarians...I ate bread butter all 5 days. not even omelette included which is very basic. cakes were so hard. fruits were so big cut and old.
