That didn’t give us a broom and blender but we made it work :)

The staff were amazingly helpful, the room was beautiful and clean, the location was super convenient. I loved that there was secured parking!

I wish they didn’t charge extra for parking, that sucked

A good location near restaurants and grocery stores and a short walk to English Bay. The suite was clean with a modern kitchen with dishwasher (dishwasher tablets included) and modern bathroom with a great shower!! We had a King bed in the bedroom and fold out couch in the living area for our kids. There was a balcony off the living area and underground parking is $25 per night. There is a washer/dryer. Staff were friendly. Good gym facilities.

There is aircon but only in the living area and we found the bedroom got too hot. We left the aircon on but it didn’t really reach the bedroom. When the couch was folded out to a bed there was very little space left in the living area. There is a washer/dryer but no detergent - a pack of detergent would be helpful.

All amenities were closed, some of them permanent. No more meeting room, the pool was closed, Fitness Center closed, Business Center closed. Disappointed at the cleanliness of some of the floors. Some are smelly and dated while others are kept very clean. My biggest complaint was there is no forced air between rooms. They remodeled and made them miniature sweets by adding a wall but there's not enough air that will move between the rooms. So one room will be hot and one is cold. The mini split is only in one room not in both.
