Felma, our housekeeper, was absolutely lovely. What a wonderful human.
In fact, all the staff we had interactions with were great - from the front desk to the buffet. Kudos for hiring great staff!

comfortable room
the pool and hot tub were closed during my stay and the manager Arjun was 0 empathetic about it. His communication did not feel genuine throughout the process. Take a look at the fine print as to when the pool is open again as its close to impossible to find that disclaimer yourself, we could not even find it together while at the front desk.
Otherwise the room was comfortable but overall with all the facilities closed it felt overpriced. the breakfast was also very simple , there could be bacon and sausage, rather than only one of the two.
It was OK but there are options with higher value nearby
