Great location but some disappointments during our stay.

Good location, nice size room which was comfortable and had decent facilities.

Used the swimming pool but there was nowhere to change other than the toilet and no lockers to store personal items which wasn't ideal. Breakfast was ok, the hot food items were a bit disappointing. Also not much seating in the dining area when it got busy. Had an issue connecting to the WiFi during my stay then found out afterwards that I was charged for the high speed access. It wasn't made clear at the reception desk that there was both a free & chargeable WiFi option when we were given the login details. I contacted the hotel to raise a complaint about it but no action was taken to remedy the situation.

We stayed in a studio suite which was a lovely large room with a kitchenette. Plenty of space for both myself and my friend. Easy walking distance from most places.

My only issue with the room was that I struggled to get my head under the shower (I’m 6’2). Also there wasn’t a lot of variety for breakfast, pretty much the same thing every day except for a change in either sausage or bacon.

We loved the size of the room! After being squashed into twin share queen hotels all over Canada, we could finally spread out and enjoy our stay!

Great location for a quick weekend getaway to Vancouver!

Perfect location, near to the metro, with bus stops and restaurants a short walk away. The room with the mini kitchen was just what we needed to make our stay feel more like home. The hotel breakfast buffet had a great selection of western breakfast items, overall a great stay.

There was an additional fee for late check-out, considering the length of time requested I felt like payment should have been waived.

Nice hotel, great buffet breakfast, good parking option, average sound insulation.

Good check-in process with helpful and friendly staff. Nice looking facilities, clean, well-maintained and stocked. Very good buffet breakfast (I chose the price that included a breakfast). Pool and exercise rooms looked nice but I didn't use them. Parking garage was convenient option that I paid an extra $35 for. They allow you to stay there until 5pm after you check out at 11am, you also have in and out privileges so you don't have to just leave it there.

We had a room directly across from the elevators, so we kept hearing the dings and people coming and going while try to sleep. I get it that someone has to be near an elevator, but if you have a room there you should set things up such that those noises are mitigated, like a wall blocking noise or better sound insulation on the room door (large gap at floor had to be blocked by a rolled up towel). Like all hotels I've stayed at, you can hear people moving chairs above you and water pipes in walls, nothing overly bad or good about the sound insulation, pretty standard. Overall a good stay and I would stay there again (if I get a good deal, this one was a bit pricier than others).

Check and out went very well, parking restrictions for checkin due to neighbouring construction were explained by staff by phone call prior to arrival. The room was attractive, spotless and fully equipped for our stay.

The toilet paper was single ply. Ugh

Breakfast was great with lots of options, room size was good. Location was good, with cafes and other great dining options nearby, Staff were friendly.

Hotel is very dated, cleaning could have been far more thorough. Overall the hotel could do with a revamp. When we arrived we were advised they didn't have our booking on the system, however luckily they found us a room.

They knew we were staying the whole weekend but when quoting parking price only told us the total for one night. So we were shocked to see how much it cost for 2 nights parking. They should have been forthcoming with the total parking cost so we could have looked for an alternative as it was Very expensive

Stayed her on 3 separate occasions in August Breakfast was OK, but typical US / Canadian fare so basically unhealthy and over processed.

Quality of breakfast Vancouver has a major drug problem, and some wasted spaced out druggies in the streets nearby (and this is not a bad part of town by any means)

Location and the ladies at the front desk! The shower was 10 stars for water pressure and ease of use.

No bar, no restaurant, mattress saggy on the side. Area rug under bed should be replaced.
