Great hotel with friendly staff & decent breakfast

Comfortable, good facilities (laundry was helpful!), central location & friendly staff.

Breakfast was good but lacked variety from day to day - there seemed to be two versions of hot food options which got a bit repetitive for a longer stay.

No significant negatives this trip. Small things to consider are the parking taxes being so high (which is not the hotels fault) and the room could use another small arm chair as only 1 for a room that fits 4 people is a bit limited (but this is not a deal breaker)

Room excellent with great kitchen set up and a large room. Very comfy beds. Very clean plus well stocked kitchen with large fridge. Room was quiet. Two queen beds, and the room would be excellent for a longer stay given they also had laundry on site

Only sausage and eggs for the hot part of breakfast. Bacon and sausage everyday would have been a bonus. Otherwise breakfast was great with loads of options

Excellent stay for families

Cynthia at the front desk was exceptional. Her recommendations on where to go and what to do were fantastic. Spacious room; laundry on separate floor but easily accessible. Central location, gym was also great.

Value for money but not up to the Marriott name.²

Location is great. Close to the docks where you can take the boats and close to Robson Rd for shopping.

Beds were a bit soft and breakfast doesn't get anywhere close to the Residence Inn @Munich. Having said that, it was still simple but good. Rooms were a bit small for 4 amd not enough copboard space.

Great location but some disappointments during our stay.

Good location, nice size room which was comfortable and had decent facilities.

Used the swimming pool but there was nowhere to change other than the toilet and no lockers to store personal items which wasn't ideal. Breakfast was ok, the hot food items were a bit disappointing. Also not much seating in the dining area when it got busy. Had an issue connecting to the WiFi during my stay then found out afterwards that I was charged for the high speed access. It wasn't made clear at the reception desk that there was both a free & chargeable WiFi option when we were given the login details. I contacted the hotel to raise a complaint about it but no action was taken to remedy the situation.

Kitchen, living room and dining. Open concept. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very professional and accommodating.

I was surprised that there was a lot of construction going on. But the rooms were very quiet. We didn’t her the noise.

We stayed in a studio suite which was a lovely large room with a kitchenette. Plenty of space for both myself and my friend. Easy walking distance from most places.

My only issue with the room was that I struggled to get my head under the shower (I’m 6’2). Also there wasn’t a lot of variety for breakfast, pretty much the same thing every day except for a change in either sausage or bacon.

Great location for a quick weekend getaway to Vancouver!

Perfect location, near to the metro, with bus stops and restaurants a short walk away. The room with the mini kitchen was just what we needed to make our stay feel more like home. The hotel breakfast buffet had a great selection of western breakfast items, overall a great stay.

There was an additional fee for late check-out, considering the length of time requested I felt like payment should have been waived.
