Spacious, convenient location. The shower was a bit hard to get perfect setting. The key cards never worked on the 1st or 2nd try. Parking garage was hard to navigate. Staff was extremely friendly and location very quiet, but walking distance of many restaurants

This is a super convenient place to stay near Stanley Park. Denman street, and all of its great eating spots, are a very short walk away.The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The property is a bit on the older side, but in decent shape. If you need totally easy access please note that the elevator is small. Parking is available, but you need to drop off in front (likely double park) and then park in a small spot underground. If none of that fazes you this place can be a great short or long term stay in Vancouver.

This property is well located, close to restaurants and shops. It is on a walkable area. However, the room is outdated. The bathroom didn’t have window and the bathroom fan was not working. The front desk guy was super helpful and nice. I would recommend for a night or two.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Rosellen Suites. The location was perfect for going to Stanley Park, on a quiet residential street. It was a 5 minute walk to restaurants and shops, and a 10 minute walk to a grocery store. The property is dated, but it's clean and management is very friendly. Parking was not an issue. We would definitely stay there again.

Our room is better described as an apartment. It was perfect for us, traveling with grownish children. Stanley Park, Beach and lots of restaurants were in close walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location. The building is a little older but it everything is clean and in good working condition. Recommend.

Location is in a quiet, safe feeling neighborhood. Close to Stanley Park, restaurants and beaches. Building is old. No Air condition. No screens on windows so not comfortable leaving them open due to both bugs and general safety (we were on the 1st floor). Facility felt "tired". Bathroom was small and old. Man working check-in was very abrupt and did not make us feel welcome. While we had a lot of space in the room/suite it was like an old, run down motel. Looks like it is zoned to be demolished.

Great option if you’re staying a few nights and plan to do Stanley park, sea wall, aquarium, English bay, lots of good eating places. Check in ok, clear instructions, however when we went down to bring rest if luggage up, the room key we took had not been activated and we couldn’t get in & with no reception open it took over half hour to sort, not ideal late at night. Fans available though no air conditioning, windows can be opened to allow air flow. Large living room, serviceable kitchen good for long term stays

The location is very good - but the check in wasn't as easy as described, i had to contact the property in advance and had to communicate my email adress first and then i could do the check in. After checking in we left our room to take a walk and later we werent able to get in our room. The cards did not work, we had to wait fo rsomeone to let us in. Then the replacement cards did not work either, we were told that we had them with our cell phones and these do impact the funtionality of the cards. But we were aware and the cards did not touch our cell phones, see the replacement cards did not work either. The locking system is simply outdated - as is the whole building. The staff slammed on the locking device of the door and suddenly it worked. The location is worth the price - but the 'hotel' is not. I asked the staff whether they could reduce our parking fee for this incident, but they said 'no'. I have to write this here, so be aware - 'smooth' is not the appropriate description here!

in a super convenient area only 10 minutes from the beach in one direction and 10 minutes from Stanley Park in the other direction. There were also many dining options close by on Denman Street and you could walk to downtown in around 30 mins. There is a large Safeway supermarket a 10 minute walk away which was useful for buying breakfast items. Despite being conveniently close to everything, the street itself is very quiet and peaceful. The apartment was a bit old-style in terms of furniture, etc but was perfectly clean and also spacious. We had 2 bedrooms, lounge area, kitchen and bathroom.

This property is like a guest house because the office is only open until the afternoon and then you have to call them if you have an issue. It’s definitely an older property with old windows and no ac. We were able to use a portable ac in a window for our July stay but it wasn’t perfect. It is in a quiet neighborhood easily walkable to tons of restaurants and Stanley park and Pool and beaches. We had a kitchen in our large unit and were able to walk to Safeway and Whole Foods and get groceries and make our own dinners to save money. Our unit was missing a large pot for pasta but we used a medium pot. We tried to check in early and they didn’t have our room ready. They offered a larger room for us to upgrade too for a fair price. We got it so we could put our luggage in a safe room and start touring. They would have allowed us to leave our luggage in a hallway in front of the office. The employees were polite and helpful. Biking around Stanley Park is the way to go, it’s huge!

We enjoyed our stay and really liked the location. It was safe. We felt comfortable with our adolescent kids walking around the neighbour hood and it’s very close to Stanley Park. The hotel itself is dated but it is clean and comfortable.
