Bed was very comfortable, the staff were very accommodating and provided great service. The cleaning staff was kind and did a great job. The location is awesome, steps to the beach and park! It was a little noisy but quiet enough during sleeping hours to get a good rest.
The elevator seemed to cause noise or something that sounded like it was "above" us almost sounded like furniture moving around from about 7am to midnight. We figured it might have to do with the elevator. Also, 1 of the 2 elevators was out of service.

Excellent location near Sunset Beach with Stanley Park nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of great accessible walking paths along the bay. The room has a partial but nice view of English Bay. Everything you need. Sports fans would enjoy the pub with a large TV and trivia night. Nice family hotel. Dogs are allowed.
The carpets were old and the towels a little bit thin. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows which I needed to keep warm as their weren't any extra blanket. Overall clean and most if the basics were there.

Room was clean, bathroom recently renovated, very comfortable bed and pillows.
Noise from people partying on Davie St was overwhelming on Friday and Saturday nights. Hotel needs new sealed windows for better soundproofing.
