Great drinks though pricey. Room quite was nice and very clean except where the fridge had leaked and the cabinet door had swollen and changed color. Staff is always so nice there. This is now our go to in Vancouver. Keep up the good work and we will keep coming back!
In the roof top we only had the risotto balls and they were meh. Not the hotels fault but someone screamed in the ally outside our window for an hour at around 2 -3 am. If you have a tall vehicle the onsite parking has limited height but they do have a couple spots outside the parkade.

We liked our supreme suite sitting area.
Location to Granville Island ,shopping area and train station
Dodgy bars in immediately location.We were very disappointed after getting in from a long flight to find the hotel's restaurant was closed for a private function.There wasn't anywhere decent in a 3-4 block radius that we felt comfortable eating at :(

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Kiti at the front desk greeted me when I arrived, I was extremely tired abs he was very efficient and kind .
The toilet clogged and I needed to call the staff for help.
