Facilities were amazing, too bad I couldn’t get any sleep.

The facility and employees were great. Room was clean and comfortable.

Music coming from the night club could be heard in my friends room on the sixth floor. I was on the first floor. The music was so load I could make out the words in the songs. It went on until 3am

Great location, perfect stay

I had a great stay at the Quality Inn & Suites in Vancouver. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again.

There was only one usb charger port in the room.

If you're partying on Granville sure, if not, look elsewhere

The staff were nice, well presented and honest about the hotel's shortcomings.

This hotel was NOT suitable for me. It is conveniently located to the nightclub next door .. which is great if you are going to the nightclub next door. The space was relatively clean but if I am honest I was not there long enough to judge much beyond the noise and the slightly off-putting aroma.

Staff were polite and friendly.

Floors were sticky when you entered the room. But worst of all they do not mention until all payment has gone through that there’s a nightclub next door and the music was shaking the walls until 3AM. Unimpressed this wasn’t mentioned upon booking or at arrival.

Free coffee in the lobby

The cost 600 per night was not worth it. The very bad breakfast did not include tea or fruit, those were an extra charge in a dark bar. Very loud bar next door until 2am. Loud fan in bathroom, unusable old sofa bed you could feel springs in your back ended up sleeping on floor. The toilet backup they did fix it.

Budget friendly stay

The location is right in the middle of Yaletown with lots of night life and food, right on a bus line, and close to train access. The price is about the best you can get with proximity to everything else.

Given it's in Yaletown, there are two adjacent facilities (bar/club) on either side which means lots of noise all night long on the weekends. You will need earplugs to sleep. The AC unit is also loud. The rooms are very small, good for one person, tight for two. The bathroom was decently sized. Overall condition of the place is a bit worn, but the beds were fine. You get what you pay for and the value is there if you can deal with a few of the issues. The staff was super accommodating and helpful.

Our room was obviously right above a very loud nightclub with music pounding until 2 am. We got very little sleep because it was so loud. People should be able to sleep when they book an expensive hotel room. Seriously, this was ridiculous.

Room service was nice and very clean and staff were very nice! Laundry service was also good.

Room was extremely small, it was also very poorly ventilated with a tiny window for fresh air. The TV wasn't a smart TV. The room was a lot smaller than the images on the listing. I thought it would be a suite/apartment style with a kitchen/sink but it had a tiny desk, TV, bathroom and 2 beds. There was barely any room to open suitcases.

Fun location for walking around the city

Location was awesome. Getting off at Yaletown station it's an up-hill walk if you have luggage. Unless you're fit, do yourself a favor and take an Uber or Taxi up the hill. As a 30yo only using the room to sleep at the end of the night, who wanted security and privacy, it's exactly what I needed. Quick walk to the beach. Downtown was super close. Air Conditioning worked well.

A little expensive for the amenities provided. Discounts for the restaurants could have been better. No mini fridge :( It was a little noisy on the first floor, but I could sleep through anything after walking around all day.

Got the rest we needed after an international flight however wouldn’t return to same hotel.

Old and small room, faucets squealed every time you turned the water on. The aircon/heat pump smelled like burning. Advised the desk but they didn’t find anything wrong with it. Location used to be great now it’s overrun with street people screaming at all hours of the night
