Clean room, excellent bed and bedding. Warm room and great kitchen. Rogers business tv is adequate but many channels like Global BC and CNN not working at all along with a dozen others. i mentioned this last winter and still hasn't been resolved. Construction continues but was out during the time and was very well managed.

I have mixed feelings about this stay. The location of the hotel was excellent. Very walkable to Granville. The front desk staff member who checked us in was professional and polite. Our room was upgraded and I certainly appreciated the ocean view! Unfortunately, housekeeping services were subpar. The garbage and recycling bins were not changed (I called front desk and this was rectified right away). There was a candy wrapper left behind the window curtains and a bobby pin on the floor in the bedroom. The room looked clean otherwise but I do wonder what else wasn’t done by the housekeeping staff. I would look at other accommodations the next time I visit Vancouver personally.

Ocean view suite is absolutely stunning! Clean room, elevators always ready at the lobby. Tons of dinning options in walking distance. Sea wall & water ferries also in walking distance. Definitely recommend.

Cleanliness was 10/10 vivienne did a great job the room was immaculate . Parking was stressful , we had a truck and it was so tight and very limited. When we checked in the front desk agent was not very personable and looked like we were inconveniencing him. All the other desk agents were very lovely. Tv in room did not work but the one in the living area did. Great shower pressure and room amenities.

Nice to have a full kitchen, including dishwasher and washer/dryer for our 4-day stay. The furnishings are basic but very usable. Had a wonderful balcony with views of English Bay, mountains & Stanley Park…amazing!!

Was a really good set up with lovely people and a great location. The only downside was my room was next to the elevators and the noise of them going up and down was really loud at night.
