Not worth it

Breakfast was good, but you have to walk around 10 min from the reception to another building. Fresh good food incl fresh fruits etc. There were flying bugs around muffins and cakes. Maybe there should be set up a transparent cover box around them. Thank you.

Terrible aircon: we got our first room at 20th floor and the locked aircon-room outside our room 2007 was very noisy and shaking so we can feel the whole floor was shaking. Then we asked for a new room. There was unfortunately construction work Saturday and Sunday outside the hotel on the roads, so the whole hotel area was shaking and disturbed by the noises constantly. We talked with different hotel staffs, and they did not really know why or where the construction work outside exactly was located.

Extremely friendly staff, very clean, very good service, excellent location, small but very good buffet, very clean rooms and incredible view of the North Tower.

Two things: One problem with the door and the other one the refrigerator stopped working but they solved it very fast.

Check-in staff was RUDE. Could not have been bothered to even remotely be polite. No one else spoke to us the entire time. Felt like we were bothering them. Room air flow sucked and the elevators were ridiculously slow. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The location and the whole experience. The beds were perfect in terms of firmness, and the assortment of pillows was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only thing I can think of is the layout of the gym was a bit different in that it was in multiple rooms.

Great location for seeing Vancouver within walking distance

The room was large and spacious with ability to work as well as relax. The beds were comfortable and there was a complimentary umbrella, which is needed in Vancouver.

The air conditioning was rattly and as we were next to a Hospital there were a lot of sirens.

Only the location.

The property was congested and dated. The beds were not wide enough, as there were two double beds, which were not suitable for our family of four. Room allocation should have been considered as the size and age group of the family were known when booked. Went to have breakfast, which was in the next building, and it was a bad experience as we are well-traveled as a family, but never come across such behaviour. We were asked when approached for breakfast, "Do you know you have to pay for the breakfast?" Wow, that was not supposed to happen, as when you booked, you knew that breakfast was not included, so whoever was at the reception needs to be educated/trained, or maybe non-whites are being questioned, very rude to ask!. Also very congested bathroom with a crooked toilet seat, knees touching the shower door while sitting.

The hotel is well located and clean. The room was quiet. The staff is kind

Breakfast average at best and extortionately expensive. Everything was just ok, nothing exceptional. The structure would do with some renovation. Hordes of cruise ship tourists make the stay just that little uncomfortable. Overall too expensive for the quality.
