The staff is fantastic, the facilities are great with a nice storage area for those travelling with valuables, especially expensive bicycles. Hostels are fantastic for building connections with people from all over the world. The small lunchroom can be a good thing in this regard, because you may need to share your table with others and have the chance to start a conversation with people you might not meet elsewhere.
The washrooms are not enough during busy times, such as an hour before checkout. The lunchroom is not spacious enough, so it gets busy really quickly. The bunk beds are surprisingly short. I'm 175cm tall, and I found myself in an uncomfortable position with my feet, with not enough room.

The location is in a prime area with walkable distance from all the city attractions. The hostel is neat, the breakfast menu was great and the staff were really helpful.
