Very pleasant, harmonious, well managed environment.
The only thing I can think of is the occasional rap music coming from the dining room speaker.

Well kept, clean building so close to great spots like sunset beach, Granville island and Stanley Park. Wonderful breakfast.
Noise carries through building easily so all doors shutting, stairs going up and down and kids talking in hallways echos and can feel quite noisy.
