Overall it was a nice stay.

Staff was wonderful, the room was quiet, clean with a view. Location was great. Restaurants were close and sites walkable. Hotel restaurant was a nice experience and the food was wonderful.

No hot water when I tried to shower after check in and was told it would take an hour or so. That wasn't enjoyable. Very tiny bathroom! The toilet so low to the ground and hits the back of your legs when using the sink. Very odd layout.

Stayed here many times in past but disappointed isn’t the check-in wait and less than courteous service. Seemed everyone

Comfortable bed

Called night before to check in early. Advised I could. Got to hotel and advised it would be long to check in. Waited more than four hours with still no check in. Had to keep following up until finally got us into room (apparently not the one assigned)

Nice lobby, poor room, average

The location is peak, but you need to get the right side, which is facing the bay. The breakfast is delectable！

Conveniently located hotel next to harbour with lovely views.

Loctation is wonderful, right on the harbour. Facilities at hotel are good, expensive but to be exptected for location. We stayed here for 3 nights prior to boarding a cruise to Alaska. Cruiseship terminal just a short taxi ride away. Staff were friendly. Main restaurant in hotel where we had dinner once was good, outdoor area was great to sit in and have a snack and drinks.

Its showing it's age a bit and it is expensive due to its location by the harbour.

Proximity to Stanley Park was amazing. Our kids had a blast in the heated outdoor pool. Great breakfast at the onsite restaurant.

Great location, great view, beautiful resort-style hotel.

Location is absolutely sensational, Stanley Park is a walk away and so is downtown although it may feel like a trek at first if you are not used to it haha. We booked the king room and it was comfortably sized and the amenities were quite sufficient. The mountain and harbour view from our room at 11th floor was splendid and there is some noise because of the harbour but not much.

The lights in the room are a little too dimm, an option to have a brighter room would be great. Breakfast should be included with the prices they charge.

Didn’t use the facilities but they looked great. Staff, particularly the reception and concierge were great. A little disappointed at the bathrooms, very basic for 5 star. Nowhere to hang towels and quite small.

Excellent service and great comfort for families

I really liked how comfortable the rooms were and how attentive the staff was. Every time we requested something, the response was immediate. If you are traveling with kids, it’s a great place — my son really enjoyed everything, from the food to the pool and other amenities.

I would recommend offering a change of bed sheets for guests staying more than two nights.

Great location and walking distance to all we wanted to do and see.

location was great; parked the car upon arrival and then walked everywhere until it was departure day. The concierge was very helpful with his recommendation on how best to get to Granville Island. The view of the harbor from our room was great.

Never enough places to hang a towel (hand or bath). This was a 2 double bed room and the room wasn't really big enough for the chair and ottoman. We ate breakfast daily at the hotel; smaller breakfast portions would have been nice for those who aren't big breakfast people. Also a few more gluten free meal options are recommended or show on the menu what can be made to be gluten free or gluten friendly.

Tired looking Faucets and shower head dripping always. Outdoor pool needs tile repair. Did not care for the Kitchen restaurant. Assorted pulled pork and brisket platter meat very dry. Not impressive.

Waterfront location, great view and easy walk to attractions . Staff also very helpful in regards to an item accidentally left behind.

One lift was out of order for 2 nights we were there which made it very slow to get to and from the room. I understand they were waiting for parts.

Top class location, spacious bedroom, with stunning view and nice pool

Magnificent primo location, had everything there, stunning view, world renounced park, harbour front promenafe, beautiful gardens , and downtown! Beautifully appointed spacious room taking in this beautiful outlook.

Only disappointment was the bed was too soft and creaky on the one side, not good for the price of the room.

Good location

Supposed to be 5 star but not overly luxurious. No in room tea or coffee making facilities. Could not get a late checkout despite one of us being unwell and needing to extend prior to a late night flight so had to pay for an extra night to use the room for a longer period. Bad smell of grey water outside the entrance.

Perfect location in fabulous hotel

We first stayed at the hotel 10 years ago and returned to find it just as excellent. Fabulous view of seaplanes taking off and landing. Comfortable room and great nights sleep in perfect bed. It is in such a convenient location with a short walk to Stanley park.
