Excellent concierge (informative and efficient), Location was very convenient to sightsee and to get to quality restaurants, Wonderful restaurant on the premises
Attempted twice via e-mail and in person to upsell me for a room upgrade (get into the suite early if I paid more) which I could get for free as a Genius member, Room curtains were stained/carpet was dirty, Motion-detection under-cabinet bathroom lighting was too bright and on for too long, air-conditioner is noisy

The bed was incredibly comfortable! Great location, loved the coffee machine and kettle as well as coffee and tea supplied. Lovely robes too.
It would be nice to have a sauna as well as a steam room and some more milk in the room for coffee. Also some tea spoons.

The location was good the room was nice
The parking was an additional $60. There was no fridge to use in the room
