Location is perfect, at walking distance to almost everywhere in downtown Vancpouver. Large and well-equipped gym. Staff was friendly and helpful, all hotel employees were very polite and always ready to help. Excellent restaurant in the hotel with plenty of options and delicious food.
Breakfast was relatively poor with limited options. No more complains.

Great view from the room. Comfortable beds
At 8 am or slightly before the hammering in a room above or beside us began. As we had just had an overnight flight we had hoped to sleep in. It would have been nice to be warned about the renovations. They had upgraded us to a room with a view but we wouldn’t have taken it if we knew about the early morning noise.
