A bit disappointing to be honest. Food was overpriced and underwhelming, even considering 5 star pricing. Bathroom in our corner suite was malfunctioning. Lighting system in room antiquated and honestly simplifies not work. No dimming (basically) in the living room? Can’t dim lights below 50% in bathroom is really frustrating when the light spills into bedroom. Will stay elsewhere next time my wife and I have a date night in the city.

Incredible staff and extremely accommodating. Location is quieter than other local options. Still city noise but rooms are free from neighbour noise/ traffic etc. Everything is very tech savvy and easy to operate. Beds and pillows are fresh and comfy. There are so many thoughtful extras I can’t explain them all. I usually go to the Pan or Waterfront and they don’t compare to the Pacific Rim. I’ve found my new home from home…. They’ve been so wonderful with my Doberman as well. I just want to hibernate here. I had a recommended dog sitter come in and babysit for 3 hours, with full communication this was accommodated/ recommended. You have to see this place for yourself. So far, my favourite place downtown.

I loved everything about my 3 night stay at The Fairmont Pacific Rim! What a beautiful and well run hotel! Every person I interacted with at the hotel was so professional, so friendly and so accommodating. 10/10 for housekeeping and all of the staff that I didn't meet directly, but are obviously at the top of their game as well. Truly next level hospitality in every way. I felt totally valued as a customer and I even though staying here was a splurge for me, I felt like I got a great deal! From the complimentary car service to the excellent poolside service, I just loved everything about this place. I can't wait to go back!

The Fairmont Pacific Rim is stunning, with beautiful architecture, spotless rooms, and an ideal location. The staff were excellent and the service was consistently attentive. The hotel’s extras, including the car and complimentary bicycles, made exploring Vancouver very easy. Dining was a highlight, from the Pacific Northwest inspired fare in the lobby to the incredible food and cocktails at The Botanist. The only drawback is the busy traffic in the area, but once inside the hotel you feel completely removed from it in a space of calm and luxury.
