For staying at a Fairmount, I found the bed sheets poor quality. The bottom sheet was thin and the pad underneath wouldn’t stay in place. The walls seem thin as we could others talking at a normal voice. House cleaning was making a lot of noise around 6:30 pm and one house cleaner actually walked right in without warning.

Staff was all so friendly and helpful. Room felt clean. But There were dogs everywhere which made our allergies act up. With the wet weather outside and all the large dogs, the hotel also smelled a little bit like wet dog.

Everything was excellent but I found the fridge a nuisance as you couldn’t move anything in it without getting charged to make room for a water bottle - very inconvenient and nerve wracking. Maybe a larger fridge or remove the overpriced weighted items.

I loved the view from my spacious room on the 18th floor. The bedding was made of fine materials and the pillows were a range so you could choose which you liked under your head. Check in and out was quick and easy. The concierge and staff were kind and helpful. If you’re on the 18th floor the ice maker is broken and you have to dig around and find the flap then put it back up behind the dispenser in order to dispense ice. I hope they fix it before you arrive.
