    The Pan Pacific is a very special hotel, because of its location, its enduring quality, and its quiet sophistication (even when it's bustling with tourists boarding cruise ships). If you want to stay in a hotel that is emblematic of the city it's in, then stay here. If you're looking for something more generic, there are plenty of other options.

    The location was perfect for my needs. I didn't have the opportunity to check out pool or gym however, a colleague said they were nice. The hotel was fully booked, lots of activity with various events and the staff showed no signs of stress, simply lovely to interact with. Room was clean, quite and comfortable.

    Our stay at Pan Pacific Vancouver was wonderful. The location is absolutely incredible — everything is close by and easy to reach on foot. The hotel itself is very clean, with extremely friendly staff and truly spectacular views. We booked a city view room, but we actually ended up with a mix of city and partial ocean view, which we loved. The hot tubs and sauna were also a very nice bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely love to stay here again.

    The hotel was a disappointment and not up to the expected standard of Pan Pacific hotels. The building is dated and there are better options in the same area. There was no service to speak of and little or no effort to make us feel welcome. The location guarantees full occupancy which breeds complacency.
