Location, modern, well equipped.
The steam room needs to be cleaned more often throughout the day. When used in the evening it did not have a pleasant smell.

The room was perfect. And we also loved the pool. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!
The hot tub could be a little less hot when it’s already as hot outside as last week 😉

Size of room. Pool and spa. Washer and dryer in room.
We were on level 4, the road was busy and noisy. Air con was in lounge but not bedroom so bedroom was too hot with door closed.

The apartment itself is great. We had a one bedroom and it was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It is opposite a supermarket and a short walk to Yaletown bars and restaurants.
Very unhappy with the maintenance and management of the lifts. During our 5 night stay either one or both lifts were out of service. On check out both lifts were out of service. It was early but if we had been texted we would have left extra time and organised for staff to help with luggage down 11 floors. Staff not proactive at all in this situation.
