Decent hotel for the price

I booked the location as it was close to my meeting and parking was included.

You can hear the people above you so if they are noisy it’s annoying. Next time I will request too floor.

Coast Hotel stay in Burnaby

The hotel desk manager was such a nice woman. She was personable and friendly. She offered water and snacks and made us feel so welcomed. The lobby was nicely decorated and the lounge was awesome. I also lived there large, spacious room and gorgeous bathroom. The soaking tub and shower were lovely.

The traffic on the road was busy and congested at all hours. I realize the hotel can't help this, and the trade-off is that the hotel is so conveniently located. Fortunately we couldn't hear the noise from the rooms.

We loved the downstairs lounge with the complimentary special coffee machine and filtered water machine . Made it easy to meet our friends that visited us . Very comfortable with the couch and television . Really great idea.

A lovely oasis in a busy city.

The staff were very welcoming and our room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet. Great coffee machine. Nice courtyard.

It was difficult to access and the parking lot needs attention. A table lamp would have been nice near the bed.

Home away from home:-)

I love how they were able to accommodate my entire family, how safe and comfy we all were! Best way to describe our stay is a home away from home. All the travel anxiety disapated once we stepped foot into our room.

Great location, great effort, a bit sketchy

The lady who checked me in was lovely. She even had a basket of treats and water bottles to select. Nice touch. Location is perfect IF you want to be central in metro Vancouver. It's an extremely busy intersection. I knew that going in. Sound proofing in rooms was good.

Room smelled a bit (I'm fussy about that), shag green indoor/outdoor carpeting was quite something... My room had a view of addicts doing their thing behind a retaining wall. It was a bit unnerving as my room was on 1st floor.

Room was clean, nice updates.

No bedside table lamps for one bed to be able to read without disturbing the second bed. No sheet for WiFi password or info on if there was free WiFi. No Shaw cable box or smart box to allow for cable channels or Netflix. Grounds that the balcony viewed were littered with broken windows and garbage everywhere.
