Breakfast was great! Lots os variety. Location was the best Easy acess to bus and shopping malls. Rooms are spacious.

I would for sure stay there again, it is close to some family members thus a good location.

The quiet & cleanliness is most important to me. The staff member at check in could have been much more clear about where my room was. I had to go back to her & get a map & clarify a few things. She had poor communication skills & the security guard was engrossed on his phone & did not acknowledge in the evening until I was at the front desk. I found your cleaning staff & other staff friendly & professional. I did not eat the breakfast due to my schedule.

I did not have hot water for a shower on December 27 in the am. There were no instructions to manage the TV, I am not technical & could not get it to work for me. I was too tired to call the office. Same with coffee machine. I am not technical & I'm over 75 yr old & could not read the small print instructions on the coffee machine.

Very friendly staff, a great location if you want to go to the mall

The hot buffet breakfast was very nice. Large selection of items to choose from. I wish there were GF and lactose free options. The automatic pancake machine was a hit! Loved that It was a 5 minute drive to the mall and about 30 mins to VGH

No pool or hot tub available, I found the location a bit loud traffic wise, lots of ambulances at all hours of the night.

Trashy Overpriced, Best Western should be ASHAMED

Met our necessary location requirements.

Our stay here in a trashy room. The lobby and front end are fancy but the rooms behind are low budget and I think Best Western should be ashamed to put their name in the place. For almost $400 for one night we got a broken king bed. Every time one of us got up in the night the bed banged loudly and flipped the other person in the air. In addition there was some kind of loose strip on the floor by the bathroom with I tripped over during the night. The coffee maker not only didn’t work but water came out the bottom and ran all over. I quickly unplugged it so we wouldn’t get electrocuted. And once again I find it REALLY uncomfortable to sleep in a room with a sealed window and signs inside about how to tell if there is carbon monoxide. Especially at ground level with cars parked just outside. Especially at the ridiculous price they charged us. The desk staff was singularly unhelpful, I dont think they care about guest experience and one person even expressed complete disdain for doing bookings through Expedia and related online platforms like Bookings.com Fortunately we will never have to stay in that area and hotel again. Unfortunately the experience has completely put us off staying at Best Westerns in the future.

Front desk staff was nice, liked the location but the housekeeping needs work

Staff was friendly and close to shopping

Bedding on the one bed wasn’t clean but staff changed it for us once we let them know. Housekeeping came knocking at 9am the first morning when we were still laying in bed trying to have a nice slow morning on our holiday. The next day house keeping just came in at 10am and didn’t even knock. Thank goodness I had just finished changing before they walked right in. My husband was using the bathroom when they came in too. Never stayed somewhere where housekeeping tried to come in before 11am and certainly never been anywhere where housekeeping doesn’t at least knock before barging into your room.

Very good, safe, clean and comfortable hotel

The breakfast was ok, but the first day the staff ignored me and I felt awkward there. Also, a guest was talking loudly on speaker on a work call, which was negative in nature and set a bad tone for breakfast. I skipped it the second day and the third day the lady behind the counter was friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated.

Breakfast. This is one of the few Best Western Plus hotels that serve bacon among other hot food at breakfast.

They were shooting a TV show or something (which nobody had warned us upon check-in), and we were told to be quiet and to park far away from where our room was, despite their new parking fee that they have implemented without our knowledge because we’ve booked the hotel in months in advance. We obviously let them know how unfair that was and the hotel staff was able to waive the fee, but they would have charged us if we stayed quiet. Whether a customer complains or not, they should have honored the original amount for reservation, instead of expecting us to swallow the new additional parking charges. Or at least inform the customer at least few days in advance to inform us of the new additional charges, so we could have searched for other hotel options instead of being caught off guard with additional charges upon checkin.
