Having a lock on my door made me feel safe. The bed was comfortable with a nice large window and private bathroom.
The stairs were a little hard for my mom who is a senior

It was easy and convenient to check in and out of the apartment, the location of the apartment was convenient to public transport and a supermarket, I was pleased with the availability of drinking water in the room and unlimited coffee in the kitchen, clean and cozy
Too big and hard pillows, creaky bed, fixed shower head with rather weak water pressure (it was difficult to wash properly).
To improve service, I would also recommend adding green tea and sugar in a sugar bowl instead of sachets to the kitchen, as well as a few deep plates and tablespoons

LOVED the location. 10 min walk from Metro Town and the Sky Train, extremely accessible.
Beautiful back yard and big kitchen space for those spending downtime at the accommodation. Fridge space is clearly labelled for each room and check-in/out instructions were also very clear.
It was a little uncomfortable not knowing if anyone else was staying in the house at the time we were, perhaps a good suggestion would be to have a guest board? Just noting which rooms are occupied for what period.
The hot nights in our room were quite stuffy. There was a fan, which is great but it didn’t do a lot to cool it down.
The option of a face cloth provided with the bath towel would be a helpful addition.
