Clean room and friendly owners! The owner's Labrador is also very friendly, playful, and beautiful; we loved it! Walkability: 10 minutes away from either Royal Oak or Metrotown Skytrain stations. Shopping: Metropolis at Metrotown mall is 10 minutes away. T&T also there. There is a shared kitchen and free coffee. There is also a shared bathroom but we had a private bath for us. It was too hot for me and other guests were setting the thermostat at 25 or even 26 degrees; I'd recommend a thermostat lock box so only owners can set it. We didn't need parking but we were told that it is ok to park on the street. But otherwise no issues or concerns. We enjoyed the stay there.

All of the above ...but in master with bathroom ..beds need new Frames that don't squeek loudly....and on deck it would be nice to have a couple of lawn chairs to relax But worth it overall...great location to train and Best mall in the world.. the Metro

Unlimited coffee and maintained the cleanliness. Happy to stay in the kitchen with my family. I am with my old aunts and instead of going out for bonding we prefer staying in the kitchen and catch up.

Host was very nice and welcoming! My brother and I really enjoyed our stay, the bed was so comfy, as well as the kitchen and bathroom being so cleanly. Thank you for having us would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The host is super friendly and warm-hearted, the room was clean, kitchen was nice and big, many coffee options, fridge was very spacious, the house was well organized, the public area was also very clean, the only con was the room was small, and the windows were thin, so we could hear stuff outside, like a car or motorcycle, but overall, it was a great stay and we had a wonderful time.

Basic bedroom with a comfortable bed. Access to the kitchen was nice. Shared bathroom was ok but could be an issue if all 4 rooms were booked. I would stay again as it is good value. Walking distance to Metro Town and SkyTrain is a bonus.

It was a wonderful place! I stayed here with my three years old daughter. They provided us a shampoo for my child. And it was her favorite character.! I was worried about before checked in because Expedia mentioned us that they need your ID and 200 dollar deposit before your arrival. But there is no more information how it’s sand or pay. It was turned out that they didn’t ask ID and deposit for travelers who reserved this place by Expedia! If you are looking for both shopping and sightseeing in Vancouver,I highly recommend this place.

The property was filthy. When I arrived the mat at the front door had dust and flower particles on it right up until I left. There is a large garbage bin in the kitchen that is uncovered and is visible dirty on the outside. The fridge had left over remnants and marking from a container that had leaked, then removed. The bathroom sink does not drain well and there was dirt/mildew visible on the bathroom window and on the floor in the corners.The kitchen counter tops and floor had not been cleaned in a long time.

This’s a perfect place for me to stay, nice hosting and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Walkable distance to the metro, bus and biggest shopping mall in the area. I must choose this if I’ll come back again.

This was a fine place for the price. The room was nice but the common areas were kinda grimy but not unexpected for the cost. I would be willing to stay again. It was good for me but if you are not used to staying in somebodies house it might be a problem for you.

We had a lovely stay at this property. Our bedroom was comfortable. The kitchen, dining and a sitting area to relax or do work, are great. A walkable distance to Metrotown mall, or to a small store for groceries. Highly recommend this property.
