Entry instructions are sent the day of arrival and very detailed. I was upgraded for free, and the suite is lovely. The bed was quite soft, which isn't my preference. However Room M is right next to kitchen and dining area and the walls are very thin. I was awoken every morning at around 6:30 am (quiet hours are 10pm - 6am), and it was extremely difficult to get back to sleep. There was also an issue with insufficient cutlery, presumably because they were in the dish washer. I spent some time hunting for dishes and cutlery as well, since none of the drawers or cabinets were labeled. Didn't see any staff except when I was checking out and a woman knocked on my door right at 10 am. She only spoke Mandarin Chinese though, and seemed quite annoyed she needed to use the translation app on her phone. The area is fairly quiet, although you can hear the SkyTrain. Take normal safety measures, the neighbourhood didn't have any litter, graffiti or drug paraphernalia around.

Sharing a space with unclean people was a let down. Owners leave shampoo bottles for guest after guest to use. Gross to think about what could have potentially been put in them from other guests. Please have some one time use for the shower and more than one towel. The blinds don’t fully cover the windows so the neighbors can see down in on you from their windows. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, NOISY, and you and your partner sink towards the middle of it. Horrible sleep. Nice backyard and close to mall at least.

Selected this room for its affordable way to stay close to Vancouver; some 15-min walk from the Skytrain station Metrotown in Burnaby. The room is located in a nice house where the bottom floor has been divided into three two-bedroom apartments with kitchen and bathroom. While the bedroom is on the smaller side, the bed is comfortable. You have to share a bathroom with the guests of the other room but it was fine during our stay as it was kept cleaned. Great host who kept very good communication and responded quickly to our needs. Found the room warm and he provided a fan right away. The TV wasn't working and he provided a replacement the next day. Highly recommended to those on a budget in very expensive Vancouver

Warning to Tesla drivers that the fast charge location up the street is not compatible and there is no way on site to plug in (even to 110 volt) so I had to drive 15 minutes away for charging to get back home.

Large kitchen and dining areas convenient to downtown, many items snacks, bottle water, Q tips, disinfection , etc provided. See pictures i saw that housekeeper disinfected surface of desk and washroom. No hidden charges like" empree palace hotel" where i stayed 2 nights, not recommended Empress Palce Hotel which has many hidden charges. I like this home like hotel, recommended.

Self check in was a snap. The host sent us instructions on how to access the place. We booked 2 rooms for 2 couples, the 2 room have individual secured doors (we never used the locks as we are travelling with friends). The unit itself has a shared kitchen, sitting area, and washroom. Very clean, cozy and comfortable.

It close to food places. I travel for business and it is close to major roadways. Close to fuel station with electric chargers. Very clean. The kitchenette has everything you need for cooking a meal with full fridge for left overs. Bathroom is clean with towels provided. Door codes allows for trouble free checkin. Great place. It was clean and a good size. The shared bathroom was clean. The only thing I didn't care for is they didn't have a floor sweep under the bedroom doors. It would have helped with sound proofing, but my neighbour was quiet. If my schedule permits i wouldn't have a problem staying there again.
