Great staff, excellent property question, sweet breakfast selections and absolutely recommend

The breakfast selection was fantastic and good quality items overall. The room was nice/modern, and the front desk staff were are very polite, helpful, and professional. The breakfast room attendants, despite certain disabilities (I commend hotel management for hiring them!), worked very hard and were attentive/polite - thank you to all for a wonderful stay and overall experience.

Bed on the "too soft" side for my preference, and underground parking only appears to safely be accessible from one particular side of the street and arriving direction

Fabulous staff! From maintenance that swapped our mini fridge (Thank you Andrew) to the front desk staff! I wish I remembered all the names.. All of them were courteous and i appreciated the help with the business centre computer. Again, thank you!

Fantastic location and service, but room felt cramped for the price

Very friendly staff, great breakfast, location is phenomenal (lots of restaurants nearby and close to the Bonsor Recreation Center). Parking is included (although not secured).

The king room was very small, with a very small window - kind of claustrophobic, but still comfortable. We expected more space for what we paid.

Favulous stay in Burnaby - we’ll be back!

Right across the road from the Metrotown station & you can be in central Vancouver in about 15 to 20 mins. Breakfast was great - and the staff were wonderful! In fact all staff in the hotel were extremely helpful and courteous at all times. Very close to Canada’s largest shopping mall, & lots of other retail outlets, bars and restaurants. Never used the pool or gym, but all looked very good.

Only two very tiny issues for us. Just felt that the room was very dim and could have done with a main light option. Also, the pillows were a little bit ‘overstuffed’ for our liking! Other than that … bravo!

Clean, comfortable, renovated, friendly staff, and a large comfortable bed with good quality bedding. Thoughtful amenities, and the pool though small is a plus.

the offering of breakfast which is not very good in every holiday inn express we have visited. cheese or other protein, or some variety, would help…cereal and fruit are good. We were given an adjoining room which I would request not to have in future, though it was quiet overall.

Won’t be going back paid $400.00 per night and it was not a good stay. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Tv didn’t work pink lines every 30 seconds couldn’t even watch it. video below Pool wasn’t heated as advertised was cold and actually drove to a local pool to utilize the hot tub Cleaning staff did a poor job in the room picking items from areas of the room and piling it up on the desk. Garbages not emptied in bathroom. I/2 Beds felt lumpy

Staff was very efficient and friendly and accommodating. There was lots of parking available and the rooms were clean and modern. The location was perfect with lots of restaurants and metro line very close.

Great stay! Exceptional experience!

Fantastic location, SkyTrain and bus right across the street, and Metropolis mall connected to the hotel. Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby. Room was spacious, clean, and well-stocked. Staff were super friendly and helpful, communication was fast and easy. Breakfast has so many options, and I loved that they had different fresh fruits each day

Minor issue was SkyTrain noise, but it stops after 11:30 pm.

The bed was comfrtable

The booking procedure indicated there was a city view. There was no city view just looking out in the airconditioning units on the roof adjacent to the 4th floor at the far end of the building. I chose the UPGRADE option on the website for an aditional charge but got what I would call the worst room int the building. The Staff was quite unresponsive about changin rooms but after sone perservance i was able to obtain a better room but still o real city view. It was a hassle to get the staff to respond and took some extra patience and insistance.

A very comfortable stay

We chose this hotel based on the reviews and the price point. It was outside the main area of Vancouver harbour but we liked the location. The room was a good size, very clean and comfortable. We were on the fifth floor facing the back of the building and far away from the lifts. The bathroom was a good size and well stocked with toiletries. Our room was very spacious and had good facilities; tea/coffee, a fridge, tv, hairdryer, bathroom toiletries etc. All were good. The hotel was very clean overall and the breakfast was great. A good variety of tea/coffe, toast, pastries, voghurt and cooked food. All the staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. We parked in the car park and didn't use our car again til we left as the metro was across the road, opposite the hotel. Central Park is a five minute walk away and it was lovely to walk around there and go for a run. There's plenty of food outlets to eat at and a starbucks next door. We dined at Earls restaurant which was a few minutes walk away, that was a great find.

The size of the breakfast seating area was quite small for the size of the hotel, although you could 'grab and go' sometimes if was difficult to find a table to sit at.

So clean, effortless stay, cozy beds and extras like white noise machine and earplugs.

This hotel did what many more expensive hotels don't. The hotel was spotless, smelled really nice wherever I went, and the staff were truly welcoming and showed real interest. The bed was cozy. The silks were silky and comfortable, there was lots of room to put bags, and everything was very well organized. They even had white noise machine and earplugs, which I usually use at home. They've pretty much thought of everything to make it a really good, effortless experience. Will definitely be staying here again.

Towels were a bit hard and scratchy. If they could be soft and cozy like the bedsheets, it would feel like a spa. :)

My fourth stay here.. that should speak volume of the quality of the hotel.

The staff are well-trained and courteous. The location was perfect since it's right next to the Metrotown Mall and across the train station. Downstairs,there's Neptune Restaurant, Boston Plaza pizza parlour, Dollarama, Best Buy and Rexall drugstore, all within the same building. The breakfast was great. Gym is small but I start my workout early, so, no problem at all. No complaints here.

Consider installing toilet bidets. They're part of good hygiene and they save excessive use of toilet paper. Environmentally, they make sense.
