Nice alternative to downtown.

The location is very convenient, close to the Skytrain station, restaurants and a big shopping mall. Nice walkable neighbourhood. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the option on the TV to login to streaming apps.

I was disappointed with the quality of service at the hotel restaurant. At first, it wasn't that busy so a wait staff served me fairly quickly. I ordered the special, which was adequate but not exceptional. Then a large group came and the wait staff seemed to have just forgotten about me, while other wait staff just milled around or served other customers. I decided to cancel dessert and just wanted my check. I had to walk up to the hostess to ask for service. The wait staff who eventually came to serve me was cool and abrupt. Not impressed. They should learn to treat customers better.

Ok place but not worth the money

Clean

I was charged a $30 early check in fee even though a room was ready. I’ve never encountered such a cash grab. The toilet paper was cheap, I tripled it up and my finger still broke through it, a very unpleasant experience.

Rooms don’t have windows that you can crack for fresh air. The price is steep for what it is. Should be $300 per night not $500+

They set the room up for 2, not 3. I didn’t notice there were only 2 bath towels until I was already in the shower. Had to use a hand towel.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was very good.

When we entered the room, we were greeted by a dirty floor covered in food crumbs, it seemed they forgot to vacuumed the floor. The sink was overflowing, and it clogged whenever we used it. Furthermore, the door security locks were loose.

Overall good… not amazing but good.

Great area for walking, close to the things and places we needed to go! Nice hotel, clean and our suite was good.

The bathrooms are very outdated with really dark/bad lighting. The AC system only seemed to hit the bedroom of our king suite and not the living area. The ‘rooftop’ pool is actually only 1 lane, and on the 3rd floor… the hot tub is the size of a bathtub and the whole experience was a little lackluster compared to how it’s advertised. We still enjoyed and had fun but did not meet the advertised expectations. The buffet breakfast was insanely expensive! It’s advertised at $20 per person but it’s actually $32!! That’s not even close when you’ve got 4 people in your party.

I like the location. My daughter loved the breakfast. Beds were very clean.

1) Waiter would charge us an entire breakfast just to have coffee. 2) I booked a room for 4 people including breakfast through Booking.com but was only given 3 breakfasts by Hilton. 3) There was one day that the cleaners did not clean our room.

The coffee ir creamer was not good. Tasted rancid. Also the tissues in the bathroom were old. (Yellow). Make sure the staff takes the old ones out and put clean ones. Cause there were clean tissues on top of the old.

Location was good. I was attending a conference at the hotel and the staff and food were really good.

No internet the entire stay. Was told twice it would be available soon but it never was. Was initially put in the wrong room (Double Queen instead of King). Bathroom door would not stay open

A fine stay

The location was fantastic, very walkable. Everything we needed was nearby, and it had great access to public transportation to access other parts of the city. The suites were a great size and having a living room was awesome.

The Wi-Fi didn't work for about half our stay and the internal phones weren't working either for quite a while. On checkout, the employee proudly said our Wi-Fi would be free, and that was sort of funny since it only worked for a few days toward the end. The rest of the time we made do with roaming international data.
