I took my wife for our 20th anniversary for a romantic evening and we were not disappointed.

Atlas Steak and Fish, was amazing with the server and staff making it an intimate experience. Food was perfect with a grat menu. The casino attached to the hotel was a fun way to top the evening with games for all.

AC in the room, very noise. Location of the room, just in front of the elevator. Uncomfortable mattress. Room with view on a wall. Price very high for such a room.

The hotel has potential and a great location, but too many inconveniences made it feel overpriced.

The Hotel location is close to the area where I had planned my business meetings. The room was nice and clean. Great staff at the reception and very fast check in / check out.

The air conditioning was very noisy, and despite running it throughout the night, the room remained too warm. The bed was also quite uncomfortable. The internal restaurant was fully booked. We arrived in the late afternoon and were unable to get a table for dinner, which was disappointing. Breakfast service starts after 6:30 a.m., which was unfortunately too late given my meeting schedule. On the positive side, the Starbucks bar on site opens earlier and was a helpful alternative.

Overall, the experience was below expectations.

The location was good

The restaurant was overbooked and not available. The American breakfast was unreasonably expensive for what was offered. In the room, the AC was quite noisy, and one of the elevators was malfunctioning, stopping at random floors. Finally, I was not able to get a detailed final invoice: the hotel referred me to Booking.com, while Booking.com directed me back to the hotel. No one took responsibility.

Good, but has many things to improve

The hotel is good, very clean and expensive, you can order food to rooms, or just buy different food on the first floor during the whole day. Parking is super easy: free, right in front of the hotel without any issues.

They don't know what is shown on their bookings.com page: I booked a room for 3 people with free breakfast (it is more expensive), and they gave free breakfast only for 2 people (and for the 3rd person you have to pay). And the people on the kitchen are very not professional, they like to talk with customers, even when customers are visibly uncomfortable, especially during the breakfast.

A fun nights getaway.

Love the selection of restaurants and bars within the hotel/casino.
