It was everything we expected. And it was quiet besides.

It was close to where we wanted ti be. The staff was excellent. Coffee in the room was good. It was cosy too.

The restaurant was closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I really didnt mind that much. McDonald’s was within walking distance and they filled the gap.

The location was great because it is nice and quiet. They allow pets to stay in the room and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are also nice and clean and I like to collect the rubber ducks.

Perfect for our stay.

Self-catering with nearby cafe for breakfasts. Spacious and sunny room. Accent Inns is in the Vancouver/Burnaby suburbs but city centre easily reachable by excellent public transport (we didn't have a car). It involves some walking - about 10 mins from nearest station (Gilmore). Lovely leafy area. Very comfortable.

A shame there were no shops nearby to buy groceries/supplies. Nearest was 20 minute walk. Fine if you have a car.

A simple, well-located hotel with clean rooms, but communication could be improved.

Very convenient location for visiting relatives, close to our home in Brentwood where there aren’t many hotel options. Rooms were tidy and cleaned daily. Each room has an electric kettle, and there’s a free coffee machine at reception. It’s a simple hotel, but everything met our expectations.

Communication was the main issue. Before our stay, my message on Booking.com received only automated replies, and it took several days of calling — within working hours — before anyone answered. During our stay, the AC in our room stopped working one night. When we asked for an approximate repair time, the receptionist simply said she would let us know at some point. Later, when the issue resolved itself, she mentioned it was a common problem and she had hoped it would fix itself. We would have appreciated knowing that in advance, rather than feeling the matter was being dismissed as our problem and not something the hotel was interested in addressing. The other receptionist with her was much more polite and understanding.

Friendly and welcoming. Little extras gems like ground coffee, extra pillows, comfy chairs, maps, benches and picnic tables. Close to sky train.

Great little place- located close to bike paths, shopping and transit. Friendly efficient service. Nice room; everything in good repair. I loved that they have bikes available for guests to use. Other useful amenities included a fitness room and guest laundry.
