Good but can be better

Central location . The corner room with balcony is spacious.

Sound proof can be better, can hear doors slamming. No dining table and chairs with kitchen amenities.

Excellent Stay

The room was functional and clean. The b’fast was very good and its dining area was very modern, stylish with a great city view. We stayed in the room with two queen size beds which had a nice kitchen and a big sized fridge. The Hotel is dog friendly (without the additional cost) so that was a big bonus for us with our furry baby.

Our stay was enjoyable.

We enjoyed the view. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the quiet and the fact that we were close to other guests whom we traveled with. The smoothies were great. The reception common area was nice as we entertained guests in the common area while they visited. We enjoyed the corner room.

The breakfast choices could have been better. The hours for breakfast should be extended for those who are vacationing and do not want to wake up early.

Wonderful hotel in a great location

The facilities were spotlessly clean. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable with large soft pillows. All the staff were friendly, cheerful and helpful. It was the perfect location for us to attend our grandson’s soccer games and have Thanksgiving dinner with family in Vancouver. We appreciated the delicious breakfast being included in the price. Overall, a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous

Easy to find, friendly helpful staff. Explained where all the facilities were located. As I was only staying one night with early morning departure didn’t get to use any. Great location for the area. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Overall really great

Weight room sucks, so much cardio that there is no space to actually lift. That said, if I wanted a good gym GoodLife was downstairs. Don’t like that parking isn’t included.

Not worth the money, and not clean

Location and staff

After a difficult day, I decided to treat myself and stay at a fancier hotel than I’m used to. I ended up paying almost $600 USD and that $600 USD got me a room with a shower that was so dirty/worn I didn’t even feel clean afterwards. The handheld shower head was filthy and horrible water pressure. Also, filter on the blow dryer was coated in dust. But the biggest issue was how much water spilled out all over the bathroom floor. Seems like safety hazard if someone has any mobility issues.

Room and view was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Loved all the amenities. Walking distance to metrotown mall so good for the teens. Nice to have a kitchen too.

Water pressure in shower wasn't the best.. but hey we were all the way on 18th floor.

Exceptional

The bathroom door. The space between the door and floor caused my partner's toe nail break and bleeding when he was trying to open door to get out of bathroom , he accidentally hit his toe by the door and the door swept over his toe nail and broke it.

Overall good stay . Pool is nice, Breakfast was handy.

I didn't like that there were many details that weren't clean. Our shower had hair and some liquid on the glass, the windows needed spot cleaning. And baseboards were not super clean. Also the elevator was not clean, and there were two bags of garbage sitting on our floor for two days in front of someone's door.
