Nov. 10 Breakfast (Bennie) was just okay as there was little hollandaise sauce and it was very flat tasting. Server was also excellent. Nov. 9 Dinner (Salmon for both of us)was outstanding as was our server.

Rooms are very very dated. Washroom cabinetry marked and scratched. Old bathtub and shower with a difficult faucet, Not what you would expect for over $400 a night.

The hotel was nice, but defiinitly lacked in support material and items to make it a better stay.

Nice view. The cleaning staff did a great job providing a good clean room.

There was no safe for valuables and no microwave. There was no map of the surrounding area or information on local activities, restaurants and stores.

No charging point close to the bed. Having the coffee machine in the toilet was a turn off at first but the coffee made up for that😁

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they put me in a room that I requested. The room was clean and quiet. It’s everything I asked for.

Maybe a microwave in the room? I had to run downstairs to the lobby to heat up my food.

Family-friendly, helpful and accommodating staff

The front desk was extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. I was travelling with a child, and they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, housekeeping was outstanding. River views are gorgeous, we enjoyed sunsets while sipping our evening cup of tea on the room's balcony. Lots of lunch/dining options, casual and more sophisticated. Great area to take a walk and enjoy the river. Easy walk to SkyTrain.

It was great despite the “ I don’t care”

Location Rooms were lovely

One older staff member at the desk made life pretty difficult at check in. Wanted to decorate early for a bridal event and even though the room was ready she was super difficult telling us “ I really don’t care”. The rest of the staff was lovely. This kind of attitude really sets a tone.

Great views, room and location.

The room was spacious and clean and with a great view! Location is close to shops and food as well as transportation.

There was a mistake made where the front desk charged a huge supposedly security deposit hold to the credit card when they already had one, and it was check out day. The issue was fixed and the hold eventually released but that was a pretty big mistake that shouldn't have happened. Other than that the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and spacious.

Clean room, nice staff, great location

The rate was outrageous. We didn't have a choice to book at that hotel, as we were vacating our nearby condo before relocating overseas, but $379 a night is silly. Used to be good value, but not anymore. Wish the rate was more inline with other properties in New Westminster and Burnaby.

The property was in a prime location on the water, great view, close to all amenities. The hotel was spotless, and the staff was lovely! I would highly recommend.

Old hotel, no centralized AC (heaters are from 80s), had to change the room because it ended up being on top of the commercial fans so it was loud. Pests (silverfish) were spotted in the bathroom (quite a few)
