The breakfast was adequate…but staff did not refill, so if you were later to breakfast, there was very slim pickings

This place is falling apart! Water damage everywhere. Bed was concaved and pillow/sheets probably hadn’t been washed since last visitors 😳🤢🤢🤢 cracks and damage everywhere.

There was a lot of disappointments - 200 deposit is way to much - the bug bottles of condotioner/ body wash/ shampoo were almost empty when we went to use them - the lady doing the morning breakfast was so abrupt - the klinex holder in the bathroom was just the metal plate. I went to check out in a hurry the next morning and had to wait nearly 20 min for the desk to return

Comfortable beds. Spacious room. Nice free breakfast. Pleasant staff.

Pet friendly rooms on 3rd floor. Should be 1st floor for easier outside access. No restaurants "across the street". Ad says Joey's but nothing. It was rush hour traffic when we arrived. Looking for the entrance on the address on Brunette but there was none. Tried to circle block but ended up miles away due to no through roads. Eventually noticed the address sign on Bernatchy Street when we were looking for 725 Burnette. This needs to be made clear on the description of this hotel. Not impressed when you are tired and entrance is only on a side street, not where it should be according to address

No housekeeping while we were out. Fan very noisy. Furnishings a bit dated.

Good location, fairly decent room and a very helpful front desk employee.

Front desk lady was extremely helpful. We were hauling a small U-haul trailer, which we did not want to unhitch and this location has tight parking and limited space. She worked with us to ensure we could get our vehicle and trailer parked on the property in a safe location without taking away spaces from other guests. Decent variety of breakfast items. Not just the toast and jam type breakfast.

Bathrooms are always an issue for me. There was a bit of mold and some areas of repair that needed attention. Of course, bigger towels would be appreciated.

It was great for an overnight stop.

Excellent location from where we were traveling from. The staff was pleasant, and it was nice to be able to open the windows for fresh air. Even though we were close to the freeway, we could not hear it from our room with the window open. The view was nothing to write home about, but it was not terrible either.

The breakfast room was very crowded and some breakfast items were low on stock. Ex. yogurts- there is no need to ever be short of yogurt.

We stayed there for 5days/4nights. Hot Breakfast menu was same for all 4 days, just an additional bacon ok weekends.

Same hot breakfast menu and missed a day of changing the sheet of one bed when I told the front desk before leaving for the day. On our first day we found our microwave was broken, but they changed it the next day. The swimming pool is outdoor, no roof close walls and under a tree. Our kids only tried once and quick because the water was cold and windy outside and there are leaves fell in the water.

The stairwell and hallways smelt like wet dog and mold. It looked like the carpets hadn't been replaced in 50 years. The bathroom in our room didn't even have a toilet paper roll holder; the tp just sat on a crudely cutout hole next to the toilet lol. There was water damage in the walls and ceiling with cheap patch jobs that were not even painted over. There was dirt on the walls. The pool looked unsanitary so we didn't use it. The Continental breakfast was sad. The eggs and sausage were barely warm and just a grease fest. The only thing I could eat as a celiac was the activia yogurt cup. For $350 a night this was super disappointing.

Property is okay in a decent location of the highway

Nasty, dirty, everything is old and disgusting. Looks like the housekeeping didn’t clean very well. Toilet still has stain all over. The sofa bed was broken. We have to wiped down and santized the entire family suite. It’s so expensive but not worth the money. I do not recommend this place. It’s disappointing!

The one overnight staff, an absolutely lovely lady who's already given her notice to leave. She was apologetic, empathetic, and a breath of fresh air.

Food crumbs all over the floor. Incomplete renovations. Toilet overflowed the first flush. Mini fridge was leaking cause it wouldn't shut. The pool was not open (the reason we chose this hotel), looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a decade.

Very dirty, smelled like cigarettes, the ice machine didn’t work, nor did our temperature control, so the room was very hot. There was a plastic bag over the smoke detector, so someone had obviously been smoking in there.
