Comfortable, clean room. Friendly staff. Diced potatoes and sausage were very good. The usual waffle machine, pastries, yogurt, instant oatmeal and cereal also available. Orange, apple and cranberry juice, plus coffee. The only negative, and it's not the hotel's fault, is that trains nearby blow their horns in the middle of the night, like 2:00-4:00 am.

This hotel is very old and has a terrible smell when you walk through the front door. The room was nicely furnished and the beds were comfortable unfortunately there was a strong moldy smell in the room. Mold could be seen on bathroom ceiling. The advertised kitchenette was ancient and useless since one pot was provided and no utensils, plates cutlery. The rooms should have glasses and there should be water available in the vending machine or provide some. The breakfast was very nice. Overall I think this could be a good hotel but they need to get rid of the mold and smell problem, and update the kitchenettes and water in vending machines.

Our stay at this property was for a quick overnight stay while traveling. The hotel was safe and convenient and met our needs. The property, however, could have been more maintained and updated considering the price paid per night.

Staff friendly & helpful. Elevator, hallway and room wreaked of stale smoke from the 90s (maybe even the 80s!). Kept ‘clean’ but layers of dirt overtime. Bed okay. Free parking.

Everything about this hotel was mostly good the only problem just happened to be a big problem. The bathroom was falling apart and there was water damage on most of the walls. The worst part was as soon as we got into the room I turned on the bathroom light and a german cockroach scurried across the floor. After my partner squashed that one we saw several more over the two days we were there. It was quite unsettling and definitely made the stay less comfortable than I was hoping for.

We arrived 10 minutes early and our room hadnt been cleaned yet and the cleaning staff was on lunch. We were told no other room was available. By 330, our room still wasnt ready ( check in is 3) so they gave us a new room. Service was friendly the entire time, just frustrating that it wasnt ready on time. Our new room was a bit dirty, but the linens were clean. There was one girl working the breakfast area, and it seemed like it had just been very busy. Otherwise was ok.

Central Location. On and off the highway was easily accessible, parking was free and easy. Only 10 min drive to Vancouver. I was given an accessible room so the sink was very low and I am tall but no big deal. Was offered an early check in for a nominal fee which I took advantage of and appreciated.

1. The room was too small for a fold out couch. We had to rearrange the furniture to open it. 2. The room was not clean. The floor was dirty; we had to ask for a broom to sweep the floor. 3. The fold out couch was broken; the sheet on the fold out couch was dirty and torn. 4. The blanket was so threadbare and quite ripped. We have photos. 5. The towels in the bathroom were so old, they were thin and rough. All in all, the room was tired and the carpet was dirty in both the room and the hallway. All this for just under $400 for the night.
