Quiet location. Clean room. Helpful staff.
The laundry facilities work, but are a bit dated and also used by staff. Not a deal breaker by any means, though.

Size of place and configuration. Very professional staff. Free coffee in office area. Location. Lovely table and chair set.
Mattress sloped a bit and needed changing. The lid on the coffee carafe did not line up to the spout.
