A fraudulent business! Avoid at ALL Costs!

Avoid at all costs! What they dont tell you is that they are right next to a busy highway. The hotel looks big, but actually only 2-3rd floor are open to customers with a cost of 400 per night to look at highway! You enter a room that says "Welcome..." and another customer name is written on the board. They are minimizing cost while maximizing profit, uncompromisingly with a huge egoistic attitude. Something you never expect in a city like vancouver. We spent less than an 1 minute, to discuss our unhappiness of the mismatch between advert and what was presented. Took overal about 30 minutes to book another place & request checkout, we were charged with a very rude & mockery manner over 400 CA$.

Elegant stay in North Vancouver

A very beautiful place, with lovely gardens and outdoor seating. Room was clean and well appointed. Secure card access to elevators. Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating front desk staff. Great restaurant. Good parking.

Access by road from Vancouver is quite complicated and the roads are very busy. A map reader or GPS system is needed or guidance.

An enjoyable stay in an excellent hotel in an ideal location while we visited our family.

Very impressed and grateful that the bath/shower had a non slip floor and several wall mounted handrails to ensure guest's balance. If only all hotels had these safety facilities!

It was a paid breakfast at the restaurant in the lobby, it was good, but I don’t think it was part of the hotel experience.

The Kitchen didn’t have any cutlery or anything necessary to function. But we didn’t need it, so no big deal, but someone expecting to use the kitchenette might be a little pissed.

We had a pleasant stay and we were happy with the service from staff.

We were given a quiet room as requested. The housekeeper on our floor was very attentive and friendly. Hajar at the front desk was amazing! She was very friendly and gave recommendations for places to eat.

Location was good, on our direct route.

This is not a $400.00 per night hotel maybe a $200.00 per night at best. No breakfast included. Wallpaper in the bathroom is lifting and starting to peel. Feels old and tired. They take a $250.00 "damage deposit" however they say it takes 5 days to return it, they blame the bank. Ummm NO!!! Why? When you return an item to Walmart the refund is instant. Why not here. I will not stay again.

Wonderful hotel in an excellent location.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff at reception were very helpful. The location was convenient to public transportation and within walking distance of Capilano University and several parks. The associated restaurant had excellent food at a good price.

Affordable, clean and friendly

My family appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel (the housekeeping staff was also very friendly!) and the availability of a pool. The lady who checked us in at the front desk was professional, polite and helpful regarding nearby parks to entertain our 4 year old son.

The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable (I felt like I was sleeping on sandbags) and some of the furniture was in need of updating due to wear and tear over the years.

Location was well-suited to our needs and had a “small town” feel despite being located in a big city, and being fully booked.

The room was a little squishy for our whole family, but quite adequate for our purposes of it being a “crash pad” amidst busy days out.

Comfortable and convenient hotel with free parking and friendly staff.

It was in a perfect location for visiting family in Deep Cove and day trips to the local ski resorts - Mount Seymour and Cypress Mountain. The room was well equipped with coffee machine and fridge and microwave. The bed was huge and very comfortable. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite which was huge. There was free parking onsite.

Our room was opposite a room that was being renovated so it was a little noisy at times but the work was done at a considerate time of day - just not sure why they didn’t find us a room further from the renovation work. It would have been nice to have a hot tub onsite - but we knew when we booked that it was out of action indefinitely. The pool is quite small but good for a quick soak after skiing and the sauna was nice and warm.

Expensive for just sleeping but it was comfortable and clean.

The size of the room was great. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect, central and close to the highway. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room is set up with a microwave but there is no access to cutlery, plates to have a snack or meal prepared in the room. No room service and the restaurant gives out plastic cutlery. The TV wasn't working properly.
