    I enjoyed my stay at Block house but found the check in process frustrating and cumbersome. Guests need to fill out an online form before arriving, including providing a photo of government ID which felt invasive. I discovered I had not completed this step upon arrival, and was unable to get into the building until this was done. There is a phone number to call but no one physically present to assist guests. Once inside, the space was very clean, comfortable, and had a very modern, hip vibe. My room faced the street and did have some street noise, but it was not unreasonable. Specialty coffee beans and soft fluffy bath robes provided in the room were a nice touch.
