Hotel was close to everything. Clean and comfortable.
First staff member i encountered was rude and argumentative. There was some mixup with my 3rd party booking and the hotel canceled my reservation so when I showed up, I didn't have a room. The staff just kept showing me evidence of a cancelation request that I provided evidence I had nothing to do with. They said my credit card was declined for payment but when I called my cc company and put them on speakerphone, they confirmed the hotel never attempted a charge and they'd not declined anything. The cc number hotel said was declined was not even one I have. Regardless of what happened, the staff wasn't kind in trying to get a room and make this situation right. If I'd not been traveling all day and been so tired, I would have walked out.
