Excellent convenient neighborhood. Helpful friendly staff. One morning we ate in the hotel was great. Terrific shower..
The toilet flushing was loud. It didn't bother my husband but it did wake me up a few times in the middle of the night.

The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and lovely, the staff friendly and helpful. I loved the look and the feel of l’hermitage - not another chain hotel
Everything was nice, really, can’t Think of anything to be better.

Love the family feel, it's boutique hotel, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Location was good very close by to various atractions, very easy to get to places either via public transport or cabs.
This is not a complain more like observation we were a bit surprise that the steam rooms are not common but separated for men and women.

Lovely and cosy boutique hotel with comfortable and good-sized rooms. Lovely staff at check in, restaurant and room service. Shout out to Indira on front desk for his lovely greeting and happy demeanour every day.
More options on the breakfast menu for kids as I was travelling with my 9 year old.. and better coffee for us Aussies. Decent wine list though. Loved trying the BC wines. Please don't change the towels everyday if I have them hanging up.
