I really liked the room with automated curtains and lights. Also, the bed was really comfortable, and I would like to thank the hotel for the yummy high cacao chocolate. The staff at the front desk and front door were super nice. I did not have any cash on me so felt bad for not tipping them. Just great hospitality!
I was not so hip on the loud noise at the lobby area at nighttime with the music.

The room was great in a prime location. The view was very nice, the staff was friendly and did a fantastic job.
There was a slight drainage issue in the room which caused some gurgling but this was a very minor issue

Exceptional Hotel, our room was large, beautifully decorated with stunning views. Staff were amazing, offering great suggestions for places to see and dine, so friendly. Location was perfect, quiet & right by the water

The staff was absolutely amazing! Everyone was extremely attentive and made sure we had an excellent stay. Also loved the pool as well as the huge gym!
There was some construction going on in the room next to us. It was quite loud during the day but we also didn't complain and we are sure something would have been changed if we would have!
