I was blown away by this hotel! For whatever reason we haven’t stayed here before, always other 4 or 5 star hotels downtown. But we decided to give Rosewood a try and I don’t think we will ever go somewhere else now! The atmosphere and smell in the lobby is so comforting and satisfying. The service is top notch, and the facilities are exceptional. Not to forget mentioning the location is central to transit, shopping, and dining. Although in an older building, the renovations are spectacular. Elevators are fast and require a key card for safety. We stayed in a king bedroom and were stunned and left speechless upon arriving. The decor and furniture is what we now want to emulate in our own home. It was super clean and spacious. The bed was so fluffy with the right amount of firmness and your head just sinks into the soft pillows. The bathroom…just extravagant. Dual sink/vanity, heated floors!!!, a bath tub, proper rain fall shower…all enclosed in double doors for privacy. The bathroom alone was larger other than some rooms we’ve stayed in. The only minor issue was our phone wasn’t working so it was challenging ordering room service but otherwise I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

The pool/spa was very welcome after a long flight and the service throughout was excellent. The room was exceptional and location ideal. We loved our first visit to Vancouver and - when back - will make the Rosewood Georgia our first choice. Food excellent and coffee bar downstairs had some amazing treats!

I can’t say enough about the comfort of the bed, linen and pillows. Every single detail of the entire hotel is just so luxurious. I only stayed two nights because we were leaving for a cruise but I wish I could have stayed longer because the Rosewood Hotel Georgia is a vacation in itself.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in the past 5 years(PS I travel extensively). Service was simply the best. Every single hotel staff member was accommodating, went above and beyond, and had the highest standard to make it a wonderful stay. Sadly, so many hotels lately have slipped on service and attention to detail, but Rosewood Georgia hit on every level. The room was beautiful, every detail in its place, and turn-down service was immaculate. The hotel has fabulous restaurants onsite and lively energy. The restaurant made my Mom's birthday extra special. My spa treatment was the best I've had in ages, and the sauna was a must after a long day. Lastly, the concierge and all front desk team members were so welcoming and helpful! A must-visit in Vancouver.

Among the many luxury hotels in downtown Vancouver, Rosewood Hotel Georgia truly stands out with its unique blend of style and exceptional service. This was my second visit, and I was pleased to see several upgrades since my last stay. The new sauna in the pool area is a wonderful addition, and the redesigned terrace restaurant is not only beautiful but also serves delicious, high-quality food. In-room dining was also a standout — convenient, beautifully presented, and very tasty. The Sense Spa deserves special mention. The staff are highly professional, and the service is top-notch. From head to toe, I felt pampered and well taken care of. However, I’m giving the hotel 3 stars due to a booking issue that affected my overall experience. When booking through Expedia, I noticed that two different room types — Superior King Courtyard View and Superior King Courtyard View with Tub — used the same photos. In reality, the rooms are quite different not just because of the tub, but also in terms of interior design and layout, which Expedia did not accurately represent. As a result, I had to pay for an upgrade upon arrival. While I understand this is not the front desk’s fault — the staff were kind and tried their best — I do hope that the Sales & Marketing team works with Expedia to provide accurate images and information so that future travelers can make informed choices. Despite this issue, I still plan to stay at Rosewood Georgia again on my next trip to Vancouver.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolute Perfection — Our New Favorite Hotel! My husband and I just spent two incredible nights at Rosewood Hotel Georgia and we’re already planning to return for a full week. The service was flawless—A+ from every team member. The attentiveness, genuine care, and level of luxury throughout the hotel were beyond impressive. Every detail was immaculate—from the furniture and carpets to the bedding. It’s what every true five-star hotel should be. The biggest surprise? Learning the hotel’s rich history dating back to 1927 and the many celebrities who’ve stayed here. It adds a special charm—you never know who might have once been in your room! Despite being nearly a century old, it feels like a brand-new property. The amenities, showers, saltwater pool, and onsite dining are modern and exceptional. We travel often and stay at Fairmonts and Ritz-Carltons, but this hotel tops them all. Our trip was spontaneous for our 25th anniversary and my husband’s birthday, and the concierge James made it even more special with champagne, chocolates, and a handwritten note—such a thoughtful touch. I’m telling my agent at TravelStruck to add this gem to our must-stay list. We can’t wait to return

While the location is good, the hotel itself lacks a 5 star rating. The rooms are very small, very loud (we could hear every hotel door shut and trucks on the road), the AC didn't work well, the lighting in the room kept automatically turning off and on and the hotel staff did not know how to fix it, the late night dining options are limited and the food was awful. I would not stay here again nor recommend it.
