I was blown away by this hotel! For whatever reason we haven’t stayed here before, always other 4 or 5 star hotels downtown. But we decided to give Rosewood a try and I don’t think we will ever go somewhere else now! The atmosphere and smell in the lobby is so comforting and satisfying. The service is top notch, and the facilities are exceptional. Not to forget mentioning the location is central to transit, shopping, and dining. Although in an older building, the renovations are spectacular. Elevators are fast and require a key card for safety. We stayed in a king bedroom and were stunned and left speechless upon arriving. The decor and furniture is what we now want to emulate in our own home. It was super clean and spacious. The bed was so fluffy with the right amount of firmness and your head just sinks into the soft pillows. The bathroom…just extravagant. Dual sink/vanity, heated floors!!!, a bath tub, proper rain fall shower…all enclosed in double doors for privacy. The bathroom alone was larger other than some rooms we’ve stayed in. The only minor issue was our phone wasn’t working so it was challenging ordering room service but otherwise I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

The pool/spa was very welcome after a long flight and the service throughout was excellent. The room was exceptional and location ideal. The staff, specifically Taylor Delair, the Assistant Director of Rooms, failed to make the situation right after one of the bellman dropped all of my golf clubs onto the concrete. Furthermore, we were awakened by a false alarm at 6:30 in the morning one of the days. The shower also had no covering so water went all over the bathroom.

Our stay at Hotel Georgia was nothing short of wonderful. The level of courtesy and care taken by the staff was above and beyond anything I've experienced at a hotel and it truly made my stay special. The property is beautifully designed and decorated with well-maintained amenities throughout (pool, spa, etc.) There was live jazz music in the evening (on a Saturday) which was a pleasant touch and created a relaxing atmosphere. The room itself was thoroughly clean with high-quality amenities, from the tea selection to espressos to the complimentary bath salt. Although we stayed for just one night, it was a memorable one. Hope to visit again soon.

The property is gorgeous! Loved the pool and sauna. Lots of nice dining options in the hotel and the in room dining is fast and delicious. The only negative we had was that our bathroom, specifically the area with the enclosed toilet, had a rather pungent smell to it. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
