Location was excellent, as local shops and facilities were within walking distance but apartment was quiet.

Great Location, Helpful and promptly responsive staff, comfortable room and bathroom (shared), ease of access to kitchen and fridge for storing groceries, lock-and-key for the private room, basic amenities such as table fan were provided upon request.
Overall room and property furnishings were old, some areas were damp and unclean (ceilings), kitchenette could include more spoons/forks/knives/bowls,dishes
