If you come in expecting a modern boutique hotel, you’ll be disappointed. The building, furniture, lobby etc is all in good condition despite being quite dated. The room was very nice and clean, mattress and bedding was crisp and clean, room had air conditioning, and even a kitchenette with fridge, stove, microwave, sink, and dishes. Includes coffee tea etc in the lobby. I’d 100% come back agin. It’s a nice quiet place in the west end. (Parking is not included in room price, but that’s normal in Vancouver)

Very good location, reasonably clean. However at nearly *** these guys took capitalism to new highs ! Reasonably would have expected to pay *** but given World Cup they charged exorbitant prices for very modest lodgings. Kitchen provided but sub optimal in terms of stove not working properly, lack of cups, etc. Very basic 2 star but at price would expect so much more! Ideal for young backpackers but clearly at much lower prices.
