If you come in expecting a modern boutique hotel, you’ll be disappointed. The building, furniture, lobby etc is all in good condition despite being quite dated. The room was very nice and clean, mattress and bedding was crisp and clean, room had air conditioning, and even a kitchenette with fridge, stove, microwave, sink, and dishes. Includes coffee tea etc in the lobby. I’d 100% come back agin. It’s a nice quiet place in the west end. (Parking is not included in room price, but that’s normal in Vancouver)

This hotel is great for people seeking excellent value in a fantastic location in Vancouver.
The hotel is very old and tired and the room on a first impression didn't look good, but everything was clean and comfortable and the room was spacious with great facilities. We stayed for four nights and had a fantastic stay. Check in and out were easy and the staff were very pleasant. The lobby smells of Chinese food and the room itself had a slight odour of something but it wasn't strong enough to bother us.
We would happily stay here again.

Rooms were big,with kitchenette they were not serviced daily and towels were very old. There was a laundry and the location to Stanley park was good. It was ok for 2 nights for the price. No frills hotel. Staff were friendly. Bus runs right out the front to downtown.
