I stayed one night here while in town to attend a concert. The hotel was easily walkable to/from the Yaletown station so I took the train to and from the airport. Round trip will cost you under $12. I was given a room upgrade upon check in to a double queen. The room was quite spacious and very clean. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. The bathroom finishes were nice. I loved the led lit mirror and the L'Occitane toiletries. I especially appreciate a liquid hand soap at a hotel. None of those tiny bars that just end up getting wasted. There is decent coffee in the rooms with a Keurig machine.Within a short walking distance I picked up a pizza and a bottle of wine. I appreciated the proper wine glasses in the room. There is a mini bar but the fridge was quite large so I had room to keep my own beverages cold. Check in/out was quick and convenient. Staff were all very friendly. I did not dine on site so cannot comment on food. My only critiques would be that the hot tub was not available and one elevator was out of service so it could be slow getting to/ from your floor. And although my room was great and had a good view, there was a lot of noise above me when I tried to sleep (around 12:30am). The front desk said it was from the restaurance closing up. Maybe take that into consideration before taking a room on the 8th floor.

The room was very good-looking and spotlessly clean. The drawback was the size - only room for the desk chair, no other chair for a second person to sit in. The room was just too small - similar to a Japanese business hotel size. The breakfast included in our room rate was good. We did not utilize the rooftop bar/restaurant, so have no comment on that. There were a couple of restaurants within a block or so which was all we needed. Overall, good for a one-night stay, but the room was too small to be comfortable for a longer stay.

Bathroom sink sprays water everywhere when in use. Good flow in the tub, but using the shower head was tiring. No water pressure, makes rinse shower gel, shampoo, and conditions very troublesome.

Staff was absolutely amazing! So friendly, nice and accommodating. Hotel was clean and cozy. Only complaint we have was I had booked 3 rooms and wanted them all right next to each other. 2 were across from each other but one was down the hall around a corner and was smaller than the other 2. Not a huge deal but that’s the only reason not a 5 star.

This was a great hotel for a girls getaway. The customer service was great, the hotel is well situated (close to Granville and the water, not on a terribly busy street), and we commented several times that the elevator was incredibly fast, lol, which is a rarity in hotels!

I found this last minute and what a gem. I was greeted warmly by Thinh, and he instantly made me feel grateful for my choice. I also found out that if you are going to the port (on a cruise) they have a shuttle to take you there, no charge. Absolute bonus! The neighbourhood was easy to walk, near to ocean front dining, biking, walking, etc. The cafe's within a stone throw had wonderful menu choice, plenty of healthy options, and the street though busy, was quiet. The room itself had superior and conscientious amenities, and the bed & linens were very comfortable. I have already suggested it to many of my family and friends. It will be my on my return list.

My daughter and I went for a much needed get away. The hotel exceeded my expectations. From the moment you stepped in the staff were super friendly and always helpful. The area is super walkable to a lot of attractions, shopping and restaurants. Our room was nice and clean. Fairly quiet being downtown and all. We will definitely stay there again!
